Well shit, should've paid attention when they told us to play doctor in the med Uni... Any other symptoms? And if the breathing trouble worsens, I would recommend calling for an ambulance, drastic as it may sound.

At the momen't it has gone a little worse but it still there, i have a feeling that this is one of my panick attack, tough it this is alot more heavier then most of the times i had them. I tried to distract my toughts but i just kept getting deeper and deeper.. I just feel so scared that i.. just start thinking about things.

But i think this will eventually calm down, i hope. its probly not something i cannot handle right now.

I can't do anything over the Internet, so unless you can call someone to come over, and it feels worse tha usual, seriously, consider the paramedics. They don't have to send the ambulace right away, sometimes all that's needed is to follow the instructions of the person who picked the call. They're prepared to tell you what to do over the phone and asses your situation waaay better than I can.
