The thing is that i have a extreme reaction to my trigger sounds, my head becomes insanely tense and starts getting this real painfull feeling, and my emotion can change from anything to really depressed angry.

Even some of my muscles start to react when i hear my trigger sound, the moment when i am calm and when i hear one of my trigger sounds the change is so big that it affects me really bad.

Have you tried talking to a psychologist about that? Or maybe even a neurologist? 

Yeah i have even been gettiing alot of help for that, even doing some sort of hypno therapy, but its vacation and she is not home, so i can't really go there sadly.
