The moment your anixity goes out of control but you are just to afraid to talk to anyone, i just really hate it..

sadly i don't, mostly if i can somehow get cheered up i can get happy again, wich tends to negate my anixity moments, but its just really hard at the moment, i can't find anything that is able to occupy me from my bad toughts

Hmm what about breathing exercises??
I already try alot of those but they just don't don't work very well againts these type of anixity attacks, atleast not on this scale
