    Novel frowned and sighed. "I need a walk. Or something. This is too much for me to take right now" she was speaking quickly and seemed very very stressed. Novel walks right out the door and begins to pace in the halls right in front of their room. She needs air

    Novel sighs in frustration. This is not working. Oh she wants to see Star Quill and see if he's okay. But she does not want to bother the princess over seeing him again. Her distress can be felt by those around her, due to it being so great in amount. She leaves the room to pace the castle

    Novel was back in her room, studying furiously. Her mind was going back and forth over if she wanted to go save her brother or not. There is always a chance that book was a look alike, or that her brother is indeed safe. But she did not know for sure. All she knew is that studying took her mind off of things to give her time to settle down and actually thing this through.

    Novel trembled in fear "q-quill no. No no no no no" tears are forming in her eyes "this is from our top secret storage in my library back home" her voice is trembling "either quill is dead, under Sombra's control, or complying with his demands. Either way he is in danger" she pauses "I have to save him"

    Novel pins her ears back and growls in fear "let me see that book" she says "don't worry, it won't take me, I've got protection. But I can tell where it is from. It looks like my brother's book" she says, concerned for his saftey. If Sombra knows, he may be in great danger

    Novel sees Luna and let's out a cry of fear "stand back!!!" She yells, her healing magic ready in her horn, hooves, and herbs. Novel galloped to the princess, knowing exactly how to deal with dark magic injuries of the sort. "What was the source?" She hurriedly demands, needing an answer quickly before time ran out. Dark magic does not simply vanish that easily

    Novel squeals and holds on tight, not used to flying. The fear in her was growing stronger and stronger by the second, and the power feels stronger to her "Hurry Seth hurry!" She cries, fearing the lives of those who are in the fight with her. They cannot die now

    Novel's ears twitched and a sense of fear crept through her body. "Seth" she murmurs in fear "dark energy" she cries in fear. "Follow me!" She calls, grabbing her books, utility belt, and bag before galloping out of the room towards the strange energy force

    Novel glares and looks at Seth "I will find it" she says, her horn growing. A basic detect life spell, unsure if it would work due to being unsure if the spider is mechanical or not. Novel's and Seth's body emitted a light blue glow, novel looks to Seth "look for an aura" she says

    Novel squeals in horror "well kill it!" She shrieks, fear swelling inside her. Spiders are eeeevvvviiiiiilllllll. She hates every last one of them. Novel looks around, frantically searching for the vermin. This was not going to fly in her house, no bugs allowed

    Novel shakes her head, "no, there should not be a single one. Why?" She questions. She never gets spiders or any kind of bug. Her home is always clean, apart from all the books. ((What con? I'm going to one this weekend too!!! Just Friday and Saturday in Lancaster pa))

    Something is not right, something is in here and she needs to know what. Novel snarls and looks around, trusting her instincts on the feeling of an unwanted presence in her study. She looks at Seth "Something is not right here" she says, looking around "I sense another presence, though it cannot be of ponykind since we are the only ones here". Novel looks at every inch, looking for something to cue her in to what is wrong.

    Novel is on edge, why does she have this feeling of being watched. Novel smiles at Seth "it's alright. They are very fragile which is partly why I have them hidden so nopony disturbs them or damage the bindings" novel looks around "that and I keep my journals here

    Novel bites back a snap, fearing her books being touched by another's hooves. She takes a deep breath and sighs "older than I can even imagine" she says, her senses feeling an unwanted presence, though she knows they are alone since Steel and Lunar left.

    Novel sighs "my most sacred books. And my personal journals on everything from battle to herbs. I keep them hidden due to where they come from, age, or value of knowledge. I also keep my alchemy workshop in here and all of my potions and herbs of value" novel says softly to Seth.

    Novel sighs and looks at the shelf "I know you will keep this safe" she says, as she goes over to the shelf and moves a series of books in a complicated pattern. The shelves moved away to reveal a passage in the wall. She looked at Seth to follow and she goes inside "Its been ages since I have been in here" she comments, going into her very private study.

    Novel begins to gather her books and resources. She will need all she can take back to the castle for her studies and trainings. Novel kept glancing at one ordinary shelf, before looking back at Steel and Lunar as if waiting for the two to leave before going to that shelf.

    Novel squeaked, startled "uh yeah you can head back, I need to grab some more materials." Her face turns red, of course she squealed like a bloody idiot. She sighs and looks down at the book before closing it softly "I'm sorry to have kept you for so long" she says to Steel

    Novel sighs softly. At least she is reading. She struggles to keep calm. Battle scares her if she is not on the sides healing. Novel knows some nature magic and can use the environment to do some of her bidding, but that depends on what is actually around her.

    Novel has a look of panic on her face, war. Oh god war. She is too timid to fight. Novel is biting her lower lip out of anxiety and fear, but when has her knowledge and brain ever failed her. She hesitantly nestled down and began to read right away. Her eyes moving non-stop across the pages.

    Novel looks at the book with a slight look of fear. Oh no. Battle. She is not one for battle, she is too soft to even think of killing another. Fear sets in, what if they think she is weak. Her knowledge serves her well in a fight, but being the pony who does the fighting? Oh my she is utterly terrified of training, but at least it is with Seth. She nods "Of course Princess" she whispers meekly and runs off to begin reading.

    Novel peeks at the scroll, curious. But she looked away, better not get her nose into trouble. Novel yawns and looks at the princess "Is there anything I can offer you Princess Celestia, my home is yours" she says, bowing her head slightly in respect. She enjoyed the company of others, especially from those she respects greatly.

    Novel nods, handing the books over to the princess. She sits down and sighs sadly, fearing for her brother and his safety ((Heads up, I'm dealing with some serious family emergencies so I am not living in my home anymore. So please understand if I take a while to reply))

    "Yes but I now have journals on the events of what's happening now and a more updated version of the passages" novel looks at Celestia and sighs. Maybe she does not understand the importance of knowing the climate of the town of battle rather than going in cold. Oh well, novel just wants to help

    Novel squeals in delight "here you are!" She yells and gallops back to her study "now Celestia, the books before you are my brothers journal, Sombra's book on the empire, a book from their castle library on the inner workings of the city, and my personal collection of the history of the empire from the royalties themselves"
