I have done a fair amount of psychological research on my own time. Reading helps reduce stress I would go with that. Also avoid alcohol and caffeine, and try to get some exercise done in the morning, because it helps prevent insomnia and depression and things similar to those. Oh right, and get proper sleep. I know the education system makes it hard to sleep properly, according to science school should start at 11 for example. I figured I would reply to you tho because thats a very nice Pink...
