@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic listens and then says,* "Poison Joke, a creation of the lord of chaos Discord during the Equestrian occupation. So the plant has found a way to survive? I was sure the elements of harmony wiped out almost all traces of Discord's chaos." *Cosmic then shakes his head.* "Damn it. memories I hate it when memories do that. the chain of memory must be becoming unstable. We have to hurry once there. I am hoping that either Luna or Celestia will help me. this won't be pretty, if they can't." *Cosmic then closes his eyes and meditates deep into the his meditation. This has several effects. One, he can better manage what memories he has. Two, the process for his mana buildup is lessened. Three, Luna if available can now sense him around her dream domain. He detects almost like an anomaly.*

*Cosmic nods in understanding.* "I didn't expect you to believe me fully, right off the bat. However, if my memory serves me well, I may be able to show you my true form once I find what I need to find in Canterlot." *Cosmic then reads that weird scroll just to memorize it.*

@Oswald CobblePot, Techno Blitz is originally from the grim dark world of Equinox. He was once just a normal but also vertically challenged Pegasi. He worked in the Equinox weather factory. Their tech for things was a bit more advanced and Incorporated just about the same amount of magic. However, the queen that ruled was a tyrant. One what was a normal day for him, the queen used a bio weapon, called Equinox Gas, to attack his home and workplace. She did it as a show that she would stop rebellion no matter where it was. Normally, this would have made the pony who breathed it in go insane. However, there is a rare 10% chance it will do something else instead. For Techno it made him hyper intelligent. He was thinking almost as fast or faster than a Super Computer. He could create Magical Technological Marvels that could potentially rival his queen and destroy her empire. However, this intellect didn't come without a price. His natural wings were shreaded down to the base Bow bone, when a co-worker, made mad by the gas, turned back onthe cloud producing machines he was inside of working on. His small size allowed him the ability to get into areas that normal sized pegasi couldn't. The gears of the machines shredded his wings, tendons and muscles and left him without flight. He spent the next few years of his life thying and eventually succeeding in making a set of cyber wings so he could fly again. However, his intellect didn't go unnoticed by the queen. She wanted to use that mind yo help her create the ultimate set of Magical Mechanical weapons. She made him a deal. She had an artifact that could help him with his still apparent wings problem. The artifact was called Wing-Blades. She would give him this artifact in exchange for him building a few machines for her. Because of the saying, 'a pegasus who can't fly is no pegasus' at all and his pride as a pegasus, he accepted and built some of the most powerful machines she could have wanted. She gave himthe artifact, but neglected to tell him of why she had originally claimed the artifact. The wielder, if affected by Equinox Gas, is once again normally subjected to the insanity of the gas. However, at an even rarer 5% Chance, the artifact will grant a wielder who doesn't go insane abilities and powers most suited to their speciality. He then after, a time realized the queen was bad and that it was she who had ordered the attack on his home. So he decides to take his work and leave. He couldn't get the Titanos he helped make but he does get his pet project, the Rainbow Fortress, and Triton clones. He uses a instant transpoter device he had been working on to leave. However, something went wrong andhe ended up opening rifts between cannon Equestria and Equinox. However, heended up in cannon Equestria and working in Cloudsdayle. Then the Equinox ponies found the remaining open rifts and thought to invade. The only problem was Tech had been busy. It has been nearly 25 years sense he left Equinox. He is equivalent to about 60 now. However, he doesn't look a day over 20. He had been affected by the gas 40 years prior. Helping the locals of Ponyville, he and them were able to drive the Equinox Ponies back. However, to prevent the portals from reopening, he had to return. So he started a rebellion in equinox. Now in Equinox time it has been another 50 years. The queen and her armies have been beaten. Tech decides Equinox isn't the life for him and, using the Rainbow Fortress, he once again opens a single portal and returnsto cannon Equestria. It is there that, until a time of need, he lives a relatively normal life. He has adopted several challenged, in some way, fillies and colts. They have helped him as he has helped them. He still works on his pet project, the Rainbow Fortress. But for now, he is just living life where ever the wind takes him. (Will make another post for delta. She will take just as long maybe longer than this one.)

*Cosmic takes a breath and steady's his heart for the explanation to come. He then lays is out in a low voice so only Belladonna can hear him.* "My true self isn't even Equine. It's one of the abilities I gained when I came to your world. my world doesn't normally have magic but my kind are geared to be able to harness such. I think if your kind saw my true form, you would think I am a hairless ape or monkey. to be honest, your the first I have eer told that too. but I think you can understand why. As for the forms thing. it was a spell I gained upon arrival that they didn't know I had. you see Humanoids like myself have a way of using magic similar to the one you call discord but we can't just snap our fingers. we have to weave signs and speak incantations to form spells. much more complicated than your magic and spells." *Cosmic then breaths heavily as he finishes giving Belladonna the full story. he gives only basic descriptions about his world and why it doesn't have magic. he also explains that trains like this one are fully ran on a burnable fuel called diesel. he also explains just a small bit about science being the dominating factor of his world. Science and technology anyways.*

*Cosmic thinks about that for a moment and then replies,* "There is more to it than that. before I was like this, I looked like an oversized Breezie and could use Wind and Illusion based magic like it was a foal's toy. However, in this state and look, I can't even use that. but that is a good point. that's why I am wanting to find the source of this call to Canterlot." *He quickly finishes the scroll again and puts it away. He also just looks at the darker colored scroll in his bag.*

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic Looks up from his scroll.* "Basic Magical Theory and Creative Spell Formations. it also has the TK Spell for study and teaching. it's one of the scrolls that helped me out when I first got here. I am trying to reform the connection to my mana reserves. I can feel them but they feel disconnected somehow." *I then go back to reading the scroll, as I use a wing like a hand and pull out two more similar scrolls out.* "Magical Spell Formations and the Elements that make up a spell. I also have magic for dummies, a reference scroll. It took me a month to master what's in them. Now, I feel like a foal in Magic Kindergarten. Not a pleasant feeling, I assure you."

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic desides to keep his wings hidden under his gift of a silver weave cloak for the ride. he didn't want to startle anypony more with them. He had explained on the way here that the cloak was a gift from the occult that he is now hiding from. however, he figures what better way to hide than where they would least expect him to hide, out in plain sight.* "Alright, I will be near the back. I remember liking the view." *He says to her in a low tone. Cosmic then enters the train and takes a seat near the back and out of everypony's way. He also busies himself by looking over another basic magic scroll.* 'It's like being in Magic Kindergarten again.'

@Blitz Boom, Well, if you want, Belladona could be used. Cosmic is more of a neutral right now. He won't take sides.

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic nods.* "I would agree. Time wasted one way can't be utilized in a very efficient manor. However, when it comes to friends and making them, I always make time." *Cosmic would follow her to the train. In a low town so only dhe can here he asks, "How much is the train usually? The group that summoned me didn't give me more than about 100 bits. They said is should be enough to get started. And then I up and left because what they wanted I didn't care for too much." @Blitz Boom, *Cosmic nods.* "I would agree. Time wasted one way can't be utilized in a very efficient manor. *Cosmic does after he gathers his saddlebags.* "hmm....class micro pocket spell field. I didn't know they held some magic to give allot of room in such a small space." *Cosmic then follows Belladonna.* "You know this place better then I do. I hate not being originally from here."

*Cosmic gets up and moves around a bit.* "Yup. I should be good physically. Though, we do need to leave Ponyville for a bit. Something tells me I should go to Canterlot for a day or two." *Cosmic stretches a bit more to make sure he is lose and limber for the travel ahead. He does look over and fill out as appropriately as he can any information needed by the nurse, using a wing like a hand of course. Despite his magic being blocked, it seems he has come to terms and found a use for those new wings of his. Then once done, he says,* "If that is all, I would like to get some fresh air."

@Blitz Boom, It works. Sorry for the late response. Finding Time and Internet to make them is currently difficulty.

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic nods in agreement.* "Both are simple. Mana field overload could be used to speak for the cause of my blockage and as for the wings, I had already something in mind. It's the memory behind them. I was testing a modified runic circle or Spell Matrix Field. The Matrix Field is a new thing me and a friend was working on and I was testing it for my friend, the name of which currently eludes me at this time, and it backfired on me. I would rather have myself come to harm and know I may be okay, then have another hurt on my behalf. It was a simple mana flow miscalculation." *He makes sure she isn't back yet as he speaks. He then asks quickly after.* "That good enough?"

@Blitz Boom, Just let me know when it's changed. I don't get notifications easily about such.

That's the thing. They do function. He has the instinctive knowledge and book knowledge but was, by memory, never trained in the practical use of flight. Take Rarity as an example, she could fly with her wings, however, the spell that gave them to her also taught her how. She still needed, however, practical use and training in them before she could properly use them. That's why so many bad things happened when she had them. And the ones he has are much more complicated. And don't forget, that to them he is as he looks, but in truth he comes from a world where magic doesn't exist. That's why his magic surges are so severe. He is still adjusting to magic as a hole. He has basic knowledge but not the years of training one the age he looks is supposed to have. Also, his true magic requires a very specific factor that currently he doesn't have access too. That thing is a spell focus. He requires that in order to form even the most simplistic of spells. The only spells he doesn't need said focus for is the basic Light and TK Spells, sense they are racial spells that almost all Unicorns are supposed to know and be able to use.

@Blitz Boom, Ummm.....Blitz, you kinda made a mistake. He doesn't necessarily use Pegasus magic. His current form is a Unicorn with magically granted wings. What he said pertained to his active Unicorn class magic. Mana reserves pertain to how much magic a specific unicorn can use before they can't cast any more spells. Also, He said he can't access them because he can't even use TK, the most basic of all Unicorn spells. His magic in and of itself is sealed.

Hmm......This sounds interesting. Is there any limitations to what kind of chara one can bring in? I have two potential characters. One is Tech but not the same Tech as was used in the Titanfall RP. The other one is my filly OC Delta. I think I used her in another RP here, M.E.C.H. I think it was called. Both are Pegasi. Delta is a more advanced Steam Punk style chara with Cybernetics and Tech isn't normally Equestrian. Tech is my Equinox Pony. If ya want more info, just let me know.

@Seamore Sandwich, @Blitz Boom, I hope it's okie to have a run in with the Lunar sister, when it comes time for Silverwing to head for Canterlot. I was thinking that only those two could access the sealed off room, sense Silverwing himself can't use his magic at this time. The room itself was also sealed by the sisters after Silverwing's original end and rebirth elsewhere. His final request was that such knowledge be made taboo and/or forbidden because of the darker aspects of having one who can master the use of such matrices. Also, the Ever-Blooming Rose Spell Matrix, hides two things that I hope you like. One won't be made contact with for a very long time, except as that which draws Silverwing to the items in question. The items being: the Ever-Blooming Rose Spell Matrix, One 'Beginner's Guide to Spell Matrices', His orginal first edition hoof written copy of 'Matrices and You Vol 1' and 'Spell Matrices: A Reference Guide'. The 'Spell Matrices: A Reference Guide' is also Silverwing's Spell Matrix Spell book. It is primarily just a complete compilation of all his old Spell Matrices. However, he will have to relearn how to make and use them. So he won't be getting very powerful very quick.

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic gives a genuine smile to hopefully relieve some of her worries.* "Actually the only thing I feel that is wrong, is the fact I can't access my Mana reserves. It feels as if they were sealed for some odd reason. Other than that, I have a very strong urge to head to the Canterlot Archives. It feels as if there is something there that can help me." *Cosmic fans his wings and stretches them. They function quite well for having a very strong magical aura surrounding them. The same can be said about him, but the way it flows doesn't react in the same manor as a shapeshifting spell of some kind.*

"All right. However, you said earlier that they wanted to speak to me. Yet, they seem to be very busy. Did something happen recently to cause such a long wait?" *Cosmic says as he sits back on the bed. He begins meditating while listening for Belladonna's answer.*

@Blitz Boom, "You are correct. I dislike the use of weapons. However, if memory serves my power is a sort of weapon. One similar in structure to the Elements of Harmony. Not in their strength but in how they are used. If memory serves me well, I recall having three such items or Spell Matrices as it were. However, all has a source of power and mine seems to have been sealed." *Cosmic then checks again to see if anypony is coming his way. He then closes the door and says,* "Do you really wish to know the truth about me? My true birth name and why I don't wish to divulge it? I will tell you only if you promise not to tell anypony or anyone."

@Blitz Boom, I can actually edit it in. I was just asking for your approval first.

Just thought I should post this here. hope you find it to your liking. It takes into account something of a fannon for the Zebras. The Fallen Star and their dislike for those touched by the stars. This would have been part of my last post but I wanted you to see and approve it first.

@Blitz Boom, *Cosmic listens and then says,* "To be honest with you. The only thing I feel is wrong is that my power isn't active. Like it has been sealed or something." *Cosmic waits for her to finish. He then tries again to get up. This timeis succeeding with some difficulty. He then checks to make sure there isn't anypony heading towards them. He then turns to her and says,* "Can you keep a secret?" *The ritual in the scroll is most ancient and Zebra in origin. It speaks of a fallen star and power from consuming others like it. The ritual is quite complicated and has very strict set of requirements for activating said ritual. If belladonna knows of the stars and their alignments, she also knows that this is potentially a very bad ritual that could bring allot of death and destruction if it is ever fully translated. She also finds several scraps of parchment that depicts alterations and adjustments for summoning beings from beyond the star, as it is stated on the scraps of paper.*

@Blitz Boom, I had said in a previous post here, he did take some scrolls. At least one would have been something of value. This scroll belongs to the cult. The others he had gained for training purposes. What is within the scroll however, is up to you.
