      I have no idea. I got my banner/signature pic from a signature request shop over in octavia's hall, I think.

      I just created mine and it took me like an hour in Paint.NET. I just got a background, found some vector images, added them all in their own layers and gave them certain glow effects, then downloaded a cool looking font to type some stuff.
