If you aspire to show others your work, do it.

If you aspire to share your work, do it.

If you want to file your art, do it.

Deviantart is a wonderful community if you give it the time and effort you think it deserves, and I had the opportunity to make many friends and enjoy their art. (Many for me anyway). Personally, the Deviantart community is much to big for me, but I'm glad that I'm at least a part of it, even if I don't participate much.

The place isn't called Deviant Art because it requires you to portray quality art. It's about sharing whatever you produce for the fun of it. And although I haven't been much of an active participant in it, the community there seems very nice.
