      If deleting the browsercache will not work the only thing I know what could help is to restore the browser. But first, try to open Firefox in "Safe Mode" by pressing "Shift" and do a doubleclick on the shortcut. If it works then restore the browser going to "about:support" using the adress bar. Then click on the restore button. This will set the Firefox settings and add-ons back to the normal settings.
