      I don't think anyone said it was a joke. But it is a saturday afternoon / morning / night depending where you are from. The guy probably picked a time where fewer people in general are online. I was just saying that it's needless / unfair to bash any staff team on any website for not being there 24/7 meaning someone slipped the net for 30 mins or so.
