    This is a complete route drive with our longest tram route in the city. It goes for 45 minutes and pretty much stops at almost all important stations in my city.
    Go to 13:35 if you wanna see where i normally enter the tram and also go out when i am going home.

    It's truly amazing. I've been on this forum for over 4 years now and i have seen quite alot here, from the good to the bad times. I remember when i came here at the beginning of 2015 and i was kind of in a bad place in my life, being depressed and having not alot of energy for anything in my life. I know for some it might be a surprise, but i never wanted to bother anyone at that time with my constant struggles.
    But alot of you still helped me in another way and some of you still remind me that there is good in this world.
    And i want to use this opportunity to give a big shoutout to a bunch of people.
    @Creamy Arty You where the first guy i really tried to know here when i came here. My memory of our conversations back then are a bit foggy, but i always respected your presence and i also am glad that you came back after your absence.
    @Jeric In the last 4 years i can't think of anyone being more suited for this admin job then you did. Your creative ideas to get this Forum active where always welcome to me and where always very fun. You are really one of the nicest people, i ever met on this site.
    @PathfinderCS Even if we don't see eye to eye on the Snake vs. Deer argument, you are also a very chill guy to talk too, even if we don't had that many opportunities. You will always be best deer.
    @LZRD WZRD I know, he hasn't been here for 3 years and he probably forgot about me. But he was a guy i really loved and i mean REALLY loved. While our paths have gone apart, i don't really hold a grudge against him and i truly enjoyed that one year we where together.
    @Dark Horse My little bro. Maybe not in blood, but certainly in spirit. I remember when i met you first. You helped me up after my break up with WZRD. Ever since then, we always had a very special connection these past 3 years, even to the point that we meet in person here in Germany. There is no one, in the history of this forum, that i am more thankful for and i hope i'll be more thankful in the future to come.
    @Sparklefan1234 You don't need to boop me everyday, You are probably king of the dorks, when it comes to forum activity, because there is simply no time i don't find you here. But i am glad to always find you here, doing your funny shenanigans.
    @Will Guide You are probably my favorite guy, when it comes to talking about Disney, something that i loved since i was very little. I know you sometimes take my statements a bit too seriously, but i also take that as a compliment. You should always take your friends seriously when they have problems.
    @JonasDarkmane My favorite viking in the world. You are the only guy i trust with, when it comes to have a civil political debate with. You also teached me to look a bit more deeper into the gray area that this world more and more forgets about. Thank you so much for that.
    @Dark Qiviut I know what it is about you, but it seems like wherever i go in this fandom, you are always following me. I don't mean that as a bad thing though, since i admire your intelligence and your witiness. And while we where never that close with one another, i think you're a cool guy. (Stop calling me Kaa though. )
    @Lord Valtasar I don't know you as long as other guys here, but i always enjoy your company during our discord get togethers. You are a very cool dude for me.
    I am sorry if i missed some people, but i don't have time for all of you. I just wanted to shed my heart and give out my thanks for the last four years and i hope you also feel the same about me.

    As you know, we probably consume more media then we ever had before. Be it Video Games on our consoles/PC, be it movies on Netflix/Prime, be it the internet, etc. And considering we have all of that and considering it's so easy these days to communicate with others over all kinds of stuff, i am realizing that we totally forgot  what it means to actually have a decent discussion about serious things happening in the world, without being put in a corner with people, that you rather don't want to be put with.
    It's something that dosen't just happen in communities that are mostly filled with people that are from the US, but also in german communities. We just recently had some bad protests here in Chemnitz over a week ago and no matter if you where left leaning or right leaning, both sides where instrumentalising these protests for their own gain and whenever you tried to talk reasonable with any of those people, you are either a stupid nazi who needs to die, or you are a stupid commie who needs to starve.
    I really hate the fact that these discussions turned into nothing more then a battle of absolutes, instead of both sides coming together and discussing what would be the best for everyone. The Internet has in some way poisoned us, because we forgot what it's like to talk with humans that you can touch, smell, see and you can actually predict. We only talk with letters and we can't see what the other side is looking like, so we just assume what these people look or sound like.
    That's why i don't wanna engage in any political topics here, because i know that i will just be put in a corner by the end of the day, since some of my opinions might not be loved by certain people here.

    At first i thought that the transformation wouldn't be that big of a deal. But their seems to be two problems with my transformations.
     
    1. People seem to not notice that it's me (which is the bigger problem)
    2. People seem to not like it.
     
    Now this blog is more a message to the guys, who don't like my new me, or just don't like my new Avatar.
     
    The reason why i changed my name and avatar, is because i have really grown close to my OC Mesme Rize in the last few months. Even going so far as to call it my ponysona. Hypnosparkle has become very stale for me and although is my favorite pony, she dosen't really represent who i am. Mesme Rize does that. I love hypnosis, Lamias/snakes and ponies and Mesme Rize has a very playful attitude like me. He pretty much represents who i am on this forum and i like to use him has my ponysona.
     
    So everyone that dosen't like him, please give him a chance. He is a very nice Lamia. <3

    hey everyone
    I know, some people might be rather shocked at this sudden decision of mine, but i think i really need a time out for this place.
    Some might say "is it because of the premiere and the reactions?" Yeah, kinda. But also because i just need a general time for myself.
    It's just, for the last few months i tried to stayed out of the debate pit and i was okay with that. I rather like to have fun with my friends and talk about pones from time to time.
    Now all of a sudden, it seems the debate pit came into ponies and now i can't ignore it. So before i rampage any further and ruin more friendships, i rather take a break from here and watch the next few episodes by myself.
    I have no idea when i will come back. But to my close friends and the people who know me, i have no grudges against you and i am not mad at you. I love you all still and i will return at one point.
    For now though, i will leave you with this. If you wanna speak to me, try to reach me on Skype, Discord and through PSN.

    Doctor Mesme, a Snakepony that is obsessed with health and medical science, likes to dwell in jungle areas. He overreacts even at the littlest things, such as a simple sneeze or cough. He enjoys conversation about medical science and other relating stuff.

    My Dog has passed away from me today, after spending 13 years of my life with her. It was very painful, but i know she dosen't feel anymore pain where she is now.

    As some of you might know, @Dark Horse has visited me over the last week in my home. It was something that has been in the making for awhile and that i really forward to. Darky has been a really good friend to me, so much so that i would consider him the little brother that i never had (i have a big brother and big sister BTW) and we always share our secrets and problems with each other.
    When Darky came over, i have been feeling a bit down for awhile, feeling a bit socially anxious and not just in the mood to go outside.It sounds cliche, but Darky has been really the light in my life that helped me out of this mood. It's been awhile since i've been feeling so good and had so much fun and Darky really showed me that i need more active in my life, else i just get thrown into this depressing state again and i want to enjoy my life.
    I am a bit sad that darky went home. But i don't wanna get depressed about it, thinking that i am all alone now. I want to remember this great time and i want to have more wonderful days in the future, feeling alive and feeling that joyous feeling i had. I admit, my endurance was not always the best when i walked around with Darky, but it was so worth it spending time with Darky and i am now addicted having this feeling again.
    Thank you Darky for these wonderful times and being my best friend.

    It took quite awhile for me to finally get this. But finally, after a Paypal option was created, i bought myself a subscription for NJPW World, New Japan Pro Wrestlings answer to the WWE Network. How well does it hold up?
    First of all, i must say that it's cheaper then the WWE Network. NJPW World only costs 999 Yen a month, which is 7,40€ in europe so that is already a big plus.
    Their Menu needs a bit to get used to, but it's good overall. You might be a bit shocked at first at the japanese signs, but you can also switch to an english version for us Gaijins.
    NJPW World has a big archive of matches all throughout their history, from today till Antonio inoki found it in 1973. Most of the 70s and 80s stuff are not full shows but only single matches, but it's not that bad. They even have some of the cross promotion shows they had with the WWF, WCW and All Japan pro Wrestling. for fans of wrestling history, it's truly nice to look at.
    There are several special features, like a G1 special page, where you can find all the tournaments that go back till 2007 or special shows like Wrestle Kingdom and Dominion. the stream also offers all current and past episodes of the Tiger Mask W Anime, which great for people who want to watch it, but are not interested enough in anime to buy a crunchyroll subscription.
    NJPW World also has exclusive behind the scenes interviews and documentaries in store, even with english subtitles for those who are not capable of the japanese language. Most of the Documentaries are very well done and also makes some of the top guys in New Japan more interesting.
    Of course, there are livestreams going on if there are Live shows and not just New Japan. Besides New Japan, the stream also shows special events from mexicos CMLL and special shows of Americas Ring of Honor, which are most of the time crossover shows with New Japan. Shows most of the time come with american commentary by former WWE and ROH worker Kevin Kelly and the former extreme intellectual Don Callis, who was known in ECW as Cyrus the Virus.
     
    All in all, i would recommend it for the people who are big fans of New Japan. This is a very good streaming service and a good way to support this promotion.

    Is it really so hard for some of you people, to enjoy a show for colorful ponies, without throwing a hissy fit and scream "RUINED FOREVER"? Can't you be more respectful towards the writers, without throwing them all under the bus and spitting on the work they put into it, which YOU have never took part in? No? Well, maybe i expect too much of this fandom then.
    Today was another one of those moments where i have to ask myself "Is it really too much to ask to have a civil discussion?" Apparently it is, because Spike is not in the upcoming episodes and this is apparently worse then the holocaust.
    Some advice: grow a hecking spine, you're not 4 years old.

    So, as probably many of you have noticed by now, is that my hypnotizing Lamia OC, is also a Doctor. He is a Doctor, because i also wanted him to be like a productive pony instead of just being a normal hypnotizing lamiapone like other lamiapones are and he is a doctor because i myself have an interest in Medicine and even owning a stethoscope, which is like the symbol for a modern Doctor.
    But there have also been some people who asked me "Mesme, why don't become a Doctor? You obviously have a knowledge in this kinda field and you would probably do good." Well, it's true that i have a certain knowledge in that field and i have learned how to make steth checkups, there are just alot of things that you have to take into consideration.
    First of all, becoming a Doctor takes years of hard studying and you have to sacrifice alot of your private time to achieve this goal. The thing is, i don't really like the thought of sacrificing this time and i feel like this would at somepoint lead to a breakdown by me, because the studying becomes way too much and i don't want to lose my friends because of it.
    The other thing is, even if i do become a Doctor, it's not going to be an easy Job/Life. I thought to maybe be a cardiologist or maybe a pediatrician. Cardiologist, because the heart interests me the most and pediatrician because i can imagine working with kids could be fulfilling. But what if i have a very ill patient, whose life is on the line? As a cardiologist, you face that alot, because the heart is the most important organ and deadly sick children would be even harder, because it would probably break my heart way too much and i would just feel incredibly helpless that i can't prevent it.
    Basically, while it could be fun in theory, i think it would eat me up after awhile because i just care too much for these people.
    Hope i didn't put you guys down too much, but i felt like i had to say this.

    I know i haven't talked about Wrestling for awhile, but this is something that is close to my heart.
    Yesterday, the greatest wrestling manager of all-time and one of the funniest and greatest commentators of all-time, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan has passed away at the age of 73. The way that he died are still unknown, but i rather want to talk about how he lived.
    Bobby Heenan was one of the most despised heels, in the first golden age of Wrestling in the WWE/WWF between the mid 80s and early 90s. He sometimes considered himself as the manager of champions, managing people like Mr.Perfect, King Kong Bundy, Haku and the legendary Andre the Giant who he managed at the legendary match between andre and Hogan at Wrestlemania 3. And during his stint in the AWA, he managed former AWA Champion Nick Bockwinkel.
    After taking a step back from managing, Heenan proved himself as not only a good, but also great commentator, together with his life long friend Gorilla Monsoon, who both for example commentated Ric Flairs Royal Rumble win in 1992, which is Heenans best commentary performance, fearing for Flairs win for a whole hours and almost having a heart attack.
    when WCW was trying to compete more and more with the WWE/WWF, they also brought Bobby Heenan on board, being the new full time commentator with Tony Schiavone and being joined mostly by either Larry Zbysko or "Iron" Mike Tenay.
    His last commentary was at Wrestlemania X-7 in 2001, where he returned to the WWE to call the gimmick battle royal with Mean Gene Okerlund, giving us a good sense of nostalgia and showing that Heenan still got it.
    The last few years of his life, he enjoyed his retirement, while also working with the WWE from time to time backstage.

    (Don't take anything what i say is as FACT. This is merely something i did for fun and to also understand my own character better.)
     
    I am pretty sure, some of you have seen it a dozen times by now, being it through fanart or by writing how Mesme Rize is hypnotizing his friends and others, by using his seductive charms, thick coils and his colorful hypnotic eyes. And for whatever reason he does it (mostly for entertainment purposes) there is always one question in our mind, that keeps plaguing us. How does it work?
     
    It may surprise you to know that our lovable snekpone has an ability many could only dream of obtaining. He has what people refer to as the power of psychokinesis. In simple terms, Mesme Rize can manipulate things with his mind, but only on such a small scale. While he can't make objects levitate in the air, or be able to bend a spoon using his thoughts alone, he has managed to train this ability to produce the invisible waves of energy that can act on a victims mind. However, this is nothing close to the same kind of mind-control power a storybook psychic uses to manipulate people. His power, much to our surprise, is a very rudimentary power. In a hypnotic trance, a person's brainwave is at a lower frequency than someone that is awake. Mesme Rize can manipulate a victim's mind, using the invisible waves he can emit, so that their mind matches a similar frequency as that of someone in a hypnotic trance. How this is done is not completely certain, but there is another part to this power of his. These same waves also bombard the frontal lobe, the part of the brain that deals with emotions, long-term memories and motivational responses. The reason for attacking the frontal lobe will be explained later, but what this means is Mesme Rize cannot hypnotize someone from behind, and must hypnotize them from the front.
     

     
    You may be wondering how this ability of Mesme Rize is related with his eyes. It would be easy to say that the rings are purely an artistic feature, but then why couldn't Mesme hypnotize (for example) Dark Horse with his eyes closed, or if he was completely still, or possibly asleep? Much about Mesme Rizes eyes are unknown, but what is known is he requires the victim's attention when he tries to use his power. When he has a victim's full attention, they will normally lock their eyes with his eyes, and stay completely focused on Mesme Rize while he uses his psychokinetic powers to attack their mind. The reason for that is simple. he requires eye contact to distract them long enough for his powers to work properly. Without a distraction, his victims may be experiencing a number of emotions that interfere with the snekpones ability to attack their mind. With a distraction, it could allow an opening for him to manipulate their mind long enough for it to be difficult to break away.
     
    During the hypnosis, the victim also experiences many different emotions, that makes them fall more and more into a trance. All (or most of them) are:
     
    -loss of all inhibitions
    -forgetting of responsibilities, situations, consequences, other people, even yourself sometimes
    -loss of fear of any kind of danger
    -complete physical relaxation from body untensing its muscles and going limp
    -overwhelming feeling of lust and infatuation towards the "master" (deep feeling of complete love for them and trust)
    -almsot all thoughts going through your mind ending up in "mind blanks" and then no thoughts going through at all. in some cases just 100% mind blank all together like you're in a dreamless sleep
    -sense of suggestability from overwhelming trust
     

     
    It's safe to say though, that Mesmes Hypnosis technique is completly harmless, as victims don't have any memory loss once they are out of a trance, or have any sort of brain damage, even after multiple uses. Infact, most of them feel very good, considering their muscles and bones will get a few hours of break and total relaxation, even more then they would get through normal sleep.
     

    So don't be afraid, if you cross paths with Mesme next time. Being in his care for a few hours, might even be an enriching experience.

    Rainbow Dash is fearless and has no problems facing anybody. But when the yearly checkup comes around that every wonderbolt has to take, she kinda dreads it because she dosen't like it when ponies touch her.
    Doctor Mesme who was her new Doctor was getting ready to use his stethoscope. "Let'sssssss check that heart of yourssssss." Rainbow was already grinding her teeth and when the cold piece touched her skin "YIKES." Rainbow was making a loud yelp. Mesme was a bit confused by Rainbows over the top reaction, as her heart was beating loud and fast in his ears.

    I guess we all remember what Twilight Sparkle once said, "All the ponies in this town are CRAZY!" I can see why she might think that. Is she actually right though? Yes, most of the ponies she met are kind of strange, but is there something more to that? Yes, My Little Pony is a children's TV show, but i like to believe that alot of the character, show symptoms of serious mental disorder. It is actually very obvious if you look at it in a certain way. Are the ponies indeed have some form mental illnesses? Let's find out
     

     
    Ironically, the pony we know most about her psych is the same pony that declares the others crazy -- Twilight Sparkle. Her character throughout the first season and into the second was one that was relatively reclusive, untrusting, and bookish. She felt a huge obligation towards getting things done right, and getting them done on time. These are all symptoms of Avoidant Personality Disorder, a mental imbalance characterized by actively avoiding social contact, out of fear of being ridiculed. People (or in this case, ponies) with AvPD aren't afraid of social interaction, per say; they simply believe they're any good at it, and would just make things bad on themselves and others. They do however generally strive for a social life, which it is shown that Twilight did in fact wish for at the end of the season 1 opener. Victims of AvPD use fantasy or unorthodox habits as a form of escapism, which Twilight exhibits frequently with her profound love for reading and her not-so-slight OCD. Though they are withdrawn, they read a lot into body language and intonation, more often than not coming to a pessimistic conclusion. At first glance, you wouldn't believe Twilight to exhibit this, but she shows it blatantly in Lesson Zero, where she fears that Princess Celestia -- arguably the only pony Twilight trusts completely aside from her brother -- would send her back to Magic Kindergarten. Therefore, it can be concluded that Twilight had been slightly traumatized during her years in Kindergarten, likely the result of bullying and ridicule.
     

     
    Fluttershy as well shows a fear of social interaction; hers, however, manifests in a rather severe case of what is called Social Anxiety Disorder, or social phobia. Many people assume AvPD and SAD to be one in the same; however there are many specific differences between the two, the main one being that social phobia is an actual fear of social interaction, whereas AvPD is simply an avoidance. The main symptoms of social phobia is a pervasive and consistent fear of talking to, being talked to, or otherwise interacting with a person or persons. There is also a withdrawal from society, sometimes even to the point of hermitry. All of these, Fluttershy has exhibited on more than one occasion (though significantly less in season three). There are also several physical symptoms associated with social phobia, such as blushing, nausea, and stammering -- all of which Fluttershy has at one point or another shown, stammering being extremely prevalent. Panic attacks may also be present; and indeed, Fluttershy has a panic attack when Rainbow Dash pushes her to show how fast she can fly in front of hundreds of other pegasi. It is shown in her cutie mark flashback that she had been bullied throughout her school life, which is one of the more common causes of social phobia. Rainbow Dash's pushy nature might also be a contributing factor, but her loyalty and companionship is one that Fluttershy considers indisposable. In this, she seems to exhibit several symptoms of Dependent Personality Disorder as well. This is reinforced by the fact that comorbidity between Social Anxiety and DPD is relatively common.
     

     
    The pony that is more often than not considered the craziest is of course Pinkie Pie, the perplexing pretty pink party pony. Her bubbly, energetic personality is a classic case of vivacious subtype of Histrionic Personality Disorder. People with HPD are defined as impulsive, hyperactive, and have a notably low tolerance for negative emotions, even ones not necessarily aimed towards them. Her element, Laughter, is pretty much a light-up sign indicating her intolerance for negative emotions. Victims of HPD have a deep-seeded craving for attention as well, which Pinkie shows rather blatantly in Party Of One. Her spontaneous party throwing can be considered a manifestation of her subconscious need for attention, which is reinforced by her persistance in trying to befriend Cranky Doodle (even to the point of breaking into his house). A possible cause of her mental deficiency is familial abuse. Having grown up on a rock farm and working day-in and day-out as a mere child undoubtedly poses severe mental health problems.
     

     
    The dysfunction termed Hypomania is characterized by a larger-than-life self-image, racing thoughts, and dangerous activity -- all of which can be used to describe one Rainbow Dash, arguably the loudest and most self-possessed pony in Ponyville. A major indicator for hypomania is what is called psychomotor agitation, a reflexive need to move. This is often characterized by restlessness when sitting still, pacing, or biting lips. In Rainbow Dash's case, hovering or extending and retracting her wings are strong indicators of psychomotor agitation. She also exhibits extremely dangerous activity on a daily basis, pushing herself to the brink of her ability to perform death-defying tricks and one day ultimately join the Wonderbolts, a famous team of expert stunt pegasi. Rainbow has a major egocentric personality, continually places herself higher on the pedestal than others; however, she wouldn't hesitate to help her close friends, even to the point of her giving up her dreams in order to help them in a time of need. This lends to the opinion that her hypomania is in no way destructive, except for her edge-of-the-seat lifestyle, and in fact has a positive effect on her and the people surrounding her.
     

     
    Applejack is a hard character to describe, much less diagnose. She's a hard-worker who hates handing the reigns over to anyone else, she never censors herself, and loves to help others who are in need. In this, she seems rather sane, but if you squint really hard you can see that she seems to exhibit several characteristics of Self-defeating Personality Disorder (aka Masochistic Personality Disorder). She deliberately puts herself in harms way throughout the series: Applebuck Season, where she decides to harvest the entire apple orchard by herself; The Last Roundup, where she moves out of town to get a better paying job so as to raise money and fix town hall; and Spike At Your Service, where she saves Spike not only from a pack of hungry timberwolves, but also a giant timberwolf at the end of the episode. She even went so far as to walk all the way around a mountain with another pony on her back, simply because said pony was too scared to climb it herself. This show of altruism definitely points towards a virtuous form of MPD, but she shows a complete lack of the feelings of deserved gratitude. This loans to somewhat oppresive tendencies, since she expresses genuine feelings towards everyone and everything (she is the element of Honesty, afterall), even if those feelings are negative. However, she doesn't have the self-pitiable nature that commonly accompanies the oppresive subtype; this could possibly be due to her altruistic tendencies.
     

     
    The final character we are going to go over is the element of Generosity, Rarity. She, like Applejack, is more than willing to sacrifice her time, money, body parts, etc., on other people without hesitation. Unlike Applejack, however, she is willing to gloss over unsavory comments, instead favoring to soften the blow. She has a tendency to overreact to situations and she is a professional "whiner". On several occasions she's shown to place other people before her lifelong dreams, notably in Green Isn't Your Color, where she would rather help Fluttershy become supermodel than for Rarity to become a world-famous fashion designer. She appears to exhibit characters not unlike the appeasing subtype of Histrionic Personality Disorder. Whereas Pinkie Pie's vivacious HPD focused more on being hyperactive and neurotic, Rarity's appeasing HPD focuses more on brushing away bad emotions, instead focusing on giving unto others and making them happy, as a way to avoid dealing with her own problems. The main difference between appeasing HPD and virtuous Masochistic Personality Disorder -- which we went over with Applejack -- is that there is no feelings of deservation with HPD, and there is no repressing of emotions with MPD. Self-sacrifice is a hugely defining symptom of appeaseful HPD, and Rarity's entire being is dedicated to such. This might seem like nothing but a benefit to others, however it can be extremely detrimental to the victim of the illness. Repressed emotions can cause serious health risks, and given the selfless nature of those exhibiting it, the risks might go unheeded.
     

     
    I think it is safe to assume that Twilight was right in her statement that all the ponies were indeed, "crazy". But we attach too many negative connotations to that word; a more accurate word -- and one that would sound less negative -- would be "disturbed". This is a very unique show, in more ways than one. We've had The Big Lebowski ponified, we've had government conspiracies, we've had international espionage -- If you ask me, it's not too surprising that we also have mental deficiencies.
