  2. It's now been 30 years since the World Wide Web has been started. At first, it was mostly used by scientists to trade informations with each other, before it was even part of the Internet.

And today, we pretty much use it everyday and is probably one of the most important inventions of our time, just like the Telephone was in the last 19th century.

If the World Wide Web wasn't invented, none of us would be here. :)

  5. I find it absolutely disgusting how people are throwing the legacy of Michael Jackson under the bus, just a few months away from his 10th death day.

Michael was a good person through and through who has done more for the peaceful relations between Blacks and Whites then any of those BLM idiots combined these days.

I will stand with Michael Jackson.

I know, even if you don't care about facts and logic, just seriously compare what the crooked media has done for you to what Michael Jackson has done for you. But if there's anything the internet's reaction to Stan Lee's death taught me, it's that there are some truly sick, fake people out there who care about nothing besides "internet brownie points" from wolves in sheep's clothing. :eww:

At this point, i have even less of a reason to watch this movie. Disney walks over the corpse of a recently passed legend, to promote their mediocre garbage superhero movie.

I swear to god, Walt is tossing and turning in his grave. I am beyond disgusted.:eww:

  8. Just received news that one of the all time greats of Japanese Wrestling, Jushin Thunder Liger (also known by his real name Keiji Yamada), has announced that he is going to retire at next years Wrestle Kingdom show. The years seem to finally come up to him, as he is going to turn 55 at the end of November this year. Liger for his final year now plans to make some appearances in several different indy promotions worldwide, as some sort of farewell world tour, before having his last match in New Japan. He is planned for appearances in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. I miss him already, as he is one of the most charismatic and entertaining wrestlers i have ever seen. Wrestled since the 80s in every possible promotion. WCW, TNA, ROH, All Japan, New Japan and even a one off with Tyler Breeze in WWE. Good bye Liger.

Honestly, I wished they could show friendly zombies in media, because other than Wreck-it-Ralph, I can't think of a single example. All the zombies in media are practically portrayed as monsters with no characteristics that make them interesting.

As a Bisexual myself, i don't feel the need for some sort of representation in movies, TV or video games, because it makes them seem a bit obnoxious when they constantly say "Hey, look at me. I am Bixexual. Please love me." Sure, i exaggerate, but the point here is that not everyone in the LGBT community wants representation. Most of us want to live a normal life and i for one pretty much do that, without being seen obnoxious with the people who are around me.
  14. Forget it dude. It's over. In life, it's all about looking forward and not backwards.
  15. Video game journalism has become such garbage these days.

Instead of reviewing games for it's entertaining qualities, these so called "journalists" spend half the articles speaking about questioning the morality of their actions in the game.

Like, who plays Monster Hunter and thinks about actually hurting the ecological enviroment? Or, why am i supporting nazis and misogynists by playing the witcher 3?

Websites like IGN, Kotaku and Polygon are absolute cancer for gaming.

Oh yes, game journalism is something I’ll never understand. Every article I’ve read makes me think if the people writing them have even played a game before.

They seem to reward games for having content regardless of their quality. Look at Battlefield V for example. Journalists gave that game praise even though it released unfinished and had glitches so bad that it actually caused some people health problems. But hey, it has a campaign that’s four hours long with randomly spawned AI that can walk through the walls of Battlefield 1 assets, wielding weapons that didn’t even exist for many years later, talking with accents so unrealistic that even the white subtitles on snow will be more clear and understanding. Let’s bump up the score!

      @Mesme Rize

I lost my faith in IGN's reviewing habits since their biased review on  "Mario & Luigi Paper Jam", which crosses over with Paper Mario.

And Game Informer gaming magazine could never hold a candle to Nintendo Power, which retired with grace in December 2012.

Well, it really depends on how you implement characters into these roles. I am always of the opinion that people should be chosen for their talent and qualifications and not because they look or act a certain way. A prime example right now is Captain Marvel. At first i was like "well, okay. The comic adaptation is kinda meh, but maybe they can spice it up like they did with Ant-Man." Then, they not only poorly chose Brie Larson, who in my opinion is not a good actress, but she only uses every possible minute to make her agenda as clear as possible. She says it's a "feminist movie" and she says that "white males should stay out of there." Girl, i don't give a fuck about your political believes. I just wanna go to a movie and have a good time. Sadly, you won't get my money now. It's not my fault that your dad wasn't the loving father that everyone had. Bottom line, whenever you are women, black, latino, white, dog, cat, whatever. Show that you have talent and if you don't and just wanna spil you political stuff, get out. Wanna have a good movie with a good female lead? Go and watch Alita: Battle Angel.
  18. I think there is nothing wrong with liking either things that can be called "feminine" or "masculine." I am a 29 year old guy, who does manly things like, watching movies and wrestling and playing 18+ video games. But i also like to enjoy more feminine things like My little pony and Disney Movies. As long as you enjoy the things that you do without hurting anybody with it, i think you're okay.

  21. Just heard that Dirk Nowitzki will most likely retire from Basketball. Very sad, i gotta say.

He was the face of a generation for alot of young german basketball players, especially as the first and only german to win the NBA Championship with the Mavericks.

Barely played much for our national team though, but he wouldn't have made any difference, as the only world class player with several average players, who mostly play in germany.

Cool guy though, outside of football, my favorite german sports figure. Hope Dirk will have a good retirement. :)

  25. When i laid in bed last night, i was thinking hard about my ancestory.

Since my ancestors are from poland (which i know for a long time know) i wonder how much jewish blood i also have in me, considering jews have a long history in Poland.

I really need to make a DNA test one day. It just fascinates me so much.

my ancestors were from Italy if you go far back enough, but tbh, i don't feel it affects anything, no matter where we come from, it's how we're raised that makes us who we are, and our own choices as we act on the things that come up
