I mean, in fairness, you're basically dooming yourself if you have high hopes for any fandom. They'll always have a darker side with aggressive fans who are less than happy with the direction a franchise is taking. And civil discussion? Kinda unlikely internet-wise.

Sombra is considered the most disliked villain of MLP? Huh, he's my most favourite. My only gripe with him is the lack of a developed character; I might like him even more if they expand on him and his personality in either season five or the possible season six.

I know exactly how you feel. The majority of times I feel reluctant to even interact with anyone around here in fear I might accidentally insult or hurt them. But from what I've seen; you're clearly a nice person who deserves lots of friends to talk to and have fun with. You probably deserve more friends than I do. XD 

Just remember, no matter what, there are plenty of people here, such as the ones who have commented before me, who will listen to and always comfort in your time of crisis or worry, like right now. Remember, we're all here for you, my friend.
