Although Cameron has been pretty good for the UK (horrible like the US in foreign diplomacy) he has been kinda..... strange lately and if he gets elected again, I would recommend you to rather go looking into Canada than the UK :T..... or Germany .
our healthcare isn't free... Obamacare last time someone I knew tried to sign up cost about 600 a month.
Let alone free healthcare would ruin america with the debt we currently have, seeing as to how criminals in america are treated far better budget wise then students >.>
