I'm not talking about My Little Farmville. Don't get me wrong, i played that game for hours on end and got farther than I would admit. However... I don't want to think of THAT as MLP's video game. I was talking to myself about what exactly would go into a MLP game, and I came up with a couple ideas. 1: [You would make your own pony, or import a design.] +-+-+ This would HAVE to be a feature. Customization is a huge plus for me in video games, and making your own OC in a video game would be flippin awesome to say the least. 2: [Gameplay would be a combination of Harvest Moon, and Animal Crossing] +-+-+ As much as I'd love to have a RPG with ponies or a sandbox style game... it's a bit foolish to think that something like that will be a thing in the next few years. However a game that combines several aspects of HM and AC isn't that hard to imagine as a possibility. I think that when you start the game you get to pick a job, such as Animal care, Farming, Baking, ect ect. From there you would work with Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie ect, and other ponies in Ponyville. Working gives you bits, you can buy items and decorations for your home, its not hard to follow the string of logic. And as far as the HM aspect of the game, it would change from farming to whatever job you picked up. 3: [Graphics similar to the MLPFV game] +-+-+ I don't care for the game itself, but MLPFV looked amazing. I think using the graphics of the game, or at least using graphics on par with the game would give it a clean, nice looking feel. 4: [Locations] +-+-+ Obviously you would start in Ponyville. But I think that as you play the game, you could get jobs and housing in Canterlot, Applusa, Cloudsdale, Las Pegasus, Phillydelphia, and more! It would be great to see some of the places we've only seen glimpses of in episodes, or never seen at all. (Apologies for the bad spelling of the locations) I have other things that could go into what the best MLP game would be like, but idk... what do ya'll think?

My thoughts exactly. I mean, Its not like you'd need cutting edge graphics and a huge host of voice talent. One of my favorite types of games is the MySims game, and not a word of dialogue is said. but the voice sounds are there, and the characters are cute. heck, can you imagine this game being on 3DS? You're at a poycon and you and all your friends are rocking in their version of Ponyville?

So my GF has drug me through 3 seasons of GLEE, numerous chick-flicks (thankfully had good story behind them) and now its my turn to choose what to watch. I want to get her interested in the MLP series, but I'm not sure what episode to show her first. I don't think the pilot episode would be best, as I want the best to be shown rather than the begining. As for her taste in film, she loves Dr. Who, several choice anime like Sword Art, FMA, and Avatar, She is a HUGE potter fan, and also enjoys Jeff Dunham. Not sure if any of that helps, but yeah.

First off, kudos for referencing FAE, I loved that story, and spoilers wouldn't bother me. My only issue with this scenario for my OC is that he wouldn't be levitating bigger and bigger things. If anything he'd levitate a lot of small things at once, but never anything larger than half his size or weight. Now, while I get that Lil Pip got better and better at it, it (to me) is in reference to a skill try in a game. She gradually gets stronger but only by putting points into THAT skill. It would make sense that she would get stronger in that regard because for all intense and purpose, she is constantly training that skill.

I want to thank everyone with their comments and input, it's nice to hear things from both sides of the floor. to the tune of what kind of wings, thank you to @ShadOBabe. I never thought about my character looking edgy, but now that you mention it it does sort of look that way. To all those who mentioned Steampunk wings, THANK YOU. I previously made another OC who was a scientist, and he would be the type to make something like that. I didn't want to cross two scientist characters... but then again there is nothing wrong with that. TO those who suggest I just float around... that feels like a HEAVY MP usage spell, and wouldn't do in the long run. THat and wings just look cool. Also kudos to @TenorSounds for saying "Just Dragonball it". Made me laugh a good bit. Thank you all for your input! Any additional comments are also welcome!

Is it to late for someone to get started? I have a small YouTube channel, and since discovering MLP I've found dozens of great MLP reviewers online. Heck, I have more channels I follow to the point I had to make a whole MLP section of my favorites to keep things form being cluttered. That being said... I kinda want to get into the Reviewing spotlight. I'm not trying to get famous, I just want to do it. But that leads me to ask, is it to late? With so many names ALREADY doing the MLP franchise, It's leaving me with feelings of worry. Should I even bother? They've said great things about the episodes I like, and showed their feelings on episodes they dislike. I don't know... I guess my question really is.... would it be worth it to get into the MLP Review Scene?

So I posted a short lived topic before, asking if the bat transformation with Fluttershy in the Episode "Bats!" would have given anyone else wings. However, due to the way I worded it, I didn't get the answer I was looking for, so here we go again. In what ways, could a unicorn acquire permanent to semi-permanent wings? In S1E16 "Sonic Rainboom" Rarity gets wings from Twilight Sparkle. However, as Twi states, the wings are made of gossamer and morning dew. These obviously aren't the wings I'm looking for. Short of preforming FMA style Alchemy to modify myself, how would a Unicorn manage to get a pair of wings that could function well enough for flight and short to mid distance travel? Is saying I use magic and science to fashion a pair of bat wings to much? I don't want to be an Alicorn. I want to fly dangit.

It's prolly been said, but I want to see Doctor Whooves say a couple lines, spoken by David Tenant. Oh, and the next villain should be voiced by Benedict Cumberbach OR Eartha Kitt (The lady who played Yzma in Emperor's New Groove).

So I had a thought. What would happen if the conditions that were enforced on Fluttershy to make her become FlutterBat was done on a Unicorn, or Earth Pony? Would they acquire wings, or only the thirst for apples with the added bonus of fangs and cool eyes? Would the pony in question gain something else as a result of going Batty? Like an EarthPony with this attribute, would they have instead of Bat Wings might grow claws, or the ability to shape shift? Would a unicorn that was turns have dark powers? Would they gain an edge in hypnotism? These are all interesting ideas... I want one that makes sense.
