Funny. I've played the demo and the game seemed just fine to me, but yet everyone hates the final product. I assume everything but the first level is bad?

It's supposed to be a reminder of the classic days, but it fails to do that by having clunky gameplay with wonky physics. And lame, uninspired, level design.

I didn't even like the old Sonic games, I thought they were dull.
