  1. Congratulations to Go Ahead Eagles winning their first major trophy in 92 years! And in dramatic fashion too. All I need now is for Liverpool to lift the Premier League trophy and I'll be as happy as can be

  2. After watching the films, I'd have to say either Tokyo SOS or Final Wars is my favourite movie, but that Goji design from Shin Godzilla is peak. No points for guessing who my overall fave kaiju is though
  3. I've finally watched all 38 Godzilla movies (and all 4 Mothra solo movies) after starting in October of last year. I still plan to watch the shows as well as other kaiju movies like Gamera, but man, right now I need a break

  4. Oh heck I leveled up to kirin. Nice

      CONGRATULATIONS, BESTIE! :PIPPIPHURRAY:ezgif-6-d078e574989d.gif.040e111fd67d12ef8dfa6a7808de7541.gif

  5. Just finished both seasons of Severance, not my favourite show but still good, I'll probably be watching the 3rd season when it releases
  6. Happy birthday Dude! Hoping you have an amazing day :party-pone:

      Sure was! And thank you

  7. As a bisexual I fully advocate for this

  8. The soundtracks from both games are stellar, but do you have any favourites? It's hard to pick but if I absolutely had to, I'd say either "Hopes and Dreams" / "Save the World" from Undertale, and from Deltarune it would be either "Before the Story" or "You Can Always Come Home" (The "Don't Forget" motif slaps) Honestly though my favourites change almost every week, and will probably change even more when the new chapters of Deltarune eventually release. What are your guys' favourite songs from the games?
  9. I have a severe fear of octopi and squids. I tried looking up "cephalopod phobia" but that's apparently not a thing, but I did find something called "chapodiphobia" which is only the fear of octopi, no squids. I have no idea what it is about them that makes them creepy to me, maybe the fact that I can't swim doesn't help but I'm not scared of everything in the water, so I don't fully understand it myself. I can even remember one time seeing a picture of a squid and straight up throwing my laptop to the other side of my room in a panic. You'd think it'd be pretty uncommon to even see them without actively going out of your way to look up images of them, but let me tell you, the sheer amount of times I've seen an octopus in a movie, tv show, or advert, is insane. There's even a British company called "Octopus Energy" which shows up on tv from time to time
  10. For Undertale, I've only played it on PC. For Deltarune I started on PC, but I had some problems with my old laptop and it had to be replaced in the end, so I got Deltarune on my Switch to start a fresh save file, and that's probably how I'll continue to play it from now on, on the Switch/Switch 2
  11. The new Nintendo direct for the switch 2 has just confirmed that the 3rd and 4th chapters of Deltarune release on the same day as the Switch 2, June 5th. Mark those calendars everyone!
  12. The first time I saw someone on youtube playing Undertale, I thought it was actually a horror game. It was the part right after you exit the ruins and end up in a snowy wooded area, being followed by something and a shadowy figure starts to creep up behind you. Little did I know that it was the funny bone man I'd been seeing images of for weeks by that point. I finally got context when I played it myself months later and loved every second of it. As for Deltarune, I was told by a friend that it was Toby's next official game and couldn't wait to download it, way back when it was still known as "Survey Program" (imo, when Deltarune is finished, I think I'll love it more than Undertale which I already love)
  13. In the beta type chart for gen 2 when steel was introduced, steel was in fact weak to electric type moves but it was scrapped for some reason. To be fair, a lot of the type chart that we ended up getting doesn't make a whole lot of sense sometimes with other examples. Why exactly is psychic weak to bugs? I know the theory of psychic types being weak to common human fears (bugs, ghosts, and the dark) but in a world of fantastical creatures, I'd expect incredible psychic powers to beat up any old insect
  14. Dogs I used to have: Dog I currently have:
  15. You would have gotten along well with DWK, number 1 Discord hater
  16. Turning Red, 2022. Been trying to get back into more animated stuff
  17. Yeah, I had it when I was younger too, I definitely don't have it right now...
  18. Yoshi's Woolly World (The 3ds version) I've had it for so long but never tried it out, so I figured it was about time. I'm also a collectathon freak so it's perfect for me
  19. I used to play a few cards games like Blackjack (both versions) and Gin Rummy, but my favourite was playing Cards Against Humanity with friends. Sure it can be pretty obscene, but it was always good for a laugh, and I used to play Uno with my mum 'cos she loved it a lot
  20. Pokemon the first movie, I even remember that the theatre I went to was giving out a special Mew card for a certain amount of people that bought tickets. I got one, but lost it a few years later due to my own carelessness
  21. I absolutely would, my favourite being Applejack. The only thing that would suck is if she tried cooking since apples are her whole thing and she would use them in everything, but they're also the only thing that I'm allergic to. Plus she'd probably prefer her farm over a small apartment anyway
  22. My extremely right-wing dad just described speed limits as 'Wokeness gone too far' without a hint of sarcasm or shame, and he wonders why I can never take him seriously?

  23. I really love/hate Rocket league

  24. First of all, this topic got my brain thinking about Xiaolin Showdown, a show I used to watch all the time as a kid and now that I have remembered it, I'm definitely going back to watch it again so thanks for that As for the show itself, I remember there was an episode where a character froze himself in ice and waited for it to thaw so he could see the future, and I think his 'future self' was in the same timeline as him too? I haven't watched in a long time so my memory is a bit fuzzy on it, but that was one of my first exposures to time travel plots, if not my very first
