self. People constantly us me because I can't tell them to stop using me. I just don't know what to do to get more brave, I wish I could, because I honestly don't want to keep living like this. I need to put some value in myself and realize that I'm worthy of more than how I treat myself and let people treat me. I just don't know how to be brave and loud and.. Truly honest with people.

I think you can try drawing strength from your friends, from their praises. I for one praise you and I know you can do it. I understand not being heard. I apparently talk to quiet as well. Try not to be afraid to tell people off. One word that is best to know and be able to say is "stop". It is an important word and you should try using that more often.
