Radiant did not want Tyra expending her energy when it should go to recovering. He glanced back at her taking all his wrappings off with his magic. Once it was all taken off of him he glanced back at her again. "Sorry this might hurt a bit but i'm not dealing withstubbornness right now, I'm just going on a search and rescue." He said levitating his wrappings onto Tyra legs tripping her into the snow. As she was lying in the snow he continued running managing to tie her up with his wrappings. "There hopefully she'll get the picture, with the dark magic on her wounds she shouldn't be depleting her energy." He muttered to himself.

Radiant heard he was being pursued by his fellow warrior, he continued running not slowing down at the least. "I can handle this you need to let your wounds heal Tyra, being susceptible to magic those wounds won't heal as quickly. So you need the rest!" He exclaimed increasing the distance between them.

As Radiant sat in his tent he heard commotion outside "I think this is his, let's talk to we need his help." An unknown mare said. Suddenly a mare and a colt came into his tent both kneeling before him "Captain Radiant we beg for your assistance." the colt said peering up at Radiant. Radiant stood up "No need for formalities, please stand and tell me what it is you need." Radiant assured them. The both stood up with worried looks on their faces. "Sir it's our son we can't find him, he's the one that gave you some of our cider before the invasion." The mare said panicking. "We think he went back to the city to Observe the fighting. We b..." The colt explained being interrupted. Radiant was already half way out of his tent "Say no more I'll return with your son." He assured them galloping out of the tent despite his injuries. "That kid is going to get himself killed, hopefully I'm just not to late." He muttered to himself and with that thought adrenaline surged through him, he ran as fast as he could as if he wasn't injured at all.

As Radiant was helping some of the fellow ponies with setting up tents, he heard his name mentioned in the distance. He looked back and saw Tyra point at him with her hoof with several foals looking at him with awe. He grinned in the direction nodded his head and turned his attention back to putting up the rest of the tents. After a while the rest of the tents were finally standing, which were raised a lot faster thanks to Radiant. "Thanks for helping us out Radiant, if you need anything let us know." One of the earth ponies said as they trotted off after a job well done. Radiant was happy to help so he begun walking through the outpost again, from what he could see everything was already taken care of. He wasn't a cook and he wasn't much of blacksmith, so he couldn't help with those tasks. As he begun approaching his tent he could see a group of foals running back into the outpost, quickly redirecting their attention to Radiant when they saw him. They ran up to him now bombarding him with attention. "Hey you're Radiant, miss Shatterhoof told us about you." "Is it true you guard Celestia herself?" "She said told us you were glowing during the fight, can we see?" "Can we see your weapons as well?" "Calm down now, yes I am a captain of the royal guard. And yes I can show you what Tyra spoke of and my weapons." He said grinning. No matter how much a pony denies it, all ponies like being the center of attention. Radiant opened his bag pulling out the hilts of his swords showing them to the foals "What are those?" one of them asked. "They're my weapons," Radiant said with a smirk as all the foals looked rather disappointed expecting more from somepony fighting alongside Tyra. Radiant brought his four hilts around him with the hilts facing upward. He manifested the golden blades slowly spinning them around him. The foals gasped in amazement never seeing magical swords before. Radiant then cast his armor, his coat glowing with a radiant gold. The foals jaws were ajar from astonishment as they were lost for words. Radiant dispelled his armor and his swords, setting the hilts back in his bag. The foals stood there for a second until one finally yelled out "So cool!" They ran off past Radiant as he continued to his tent with a grin on his face. In the distance he could still hear the foals. "I'm gonna be just like Tyra!" "Oh yea well i'm going to be just like Radiant!" Radiant's serious expression returned when he heard the foals say that. He retreated into his tent grabbing another helping of water.

After a while Radiant was now levitating all four of his swords in the air, as if he were practicing a new sword formation for a single foe. Being a guard of Celestia during the day, he is trained to rise with the sun so he found it impossible to sleep. Radiant stood up dispelling his swords sliding them into his bag "I can't take this I need something to do," He mumbled to himself leaving his tent and walking through the outpost. Radiant still knew he should refrain from combat so he walked around looking for something to do. As he was walking he realized they were still setting up tents for the increasing amount of refugees. Radiant noticed they had earth ponies putting up the tents and they were struggling to do so. Radiant walked up behind them grabbing the top of the tent with his magic pulling it up making it easy for the earth ponies to put the support rods in place. "Thank you sir... wait aren't you one of the ones that fought through the night protecting the city?" One of them asked anxiously. Radiant nodded his head and the pony looked at awe at Radiant. "No need for excitement, i'm here to help. How many more tents do you need to setup?" Radiant asked the pony wanting to help. The pony blinked still looking slightly at awe "We still have plenty to setup, it would definitely help if you could lend a hoof." He said leading Radiant where they had many tents lying on the ground with the rods set aside them. Radiant begun helping them start setting up the rest of the tents to keep himself preoccupied.

Actually sorry guys I'm gonna drop out, I have so many going on and my rl friends decided they want me to Dm our next campaign. Good luck though

Well he knows he's not in command of the order or anything but the group he feels hes the one in charge behind Tybalt in actuality we are the same rank but being he is a captain of the royal guard he feels he's the one to lead when Tybalt isn't around, especially when squads should have a leader. That's his feelings not mine lol

So if anything it was more a feeling of insubordination that Radiant felt since he's use to being in command when it comes to platoons and squadrons

After Icarus had finished working on Radiant, he stood up looking back at Icarus "no promises on the bandages, but thanks for the help Icarus if you are need of assistance feel free to let me know." He said as he slipped out of the tent. Radiant returned to his tent, once inside he grabbed another ration and another helping of water. He sat on his bed roll and began to relax as he ate. As he was eating he took a sword from his bag manifesting the blade, he begun levitating it slashing the air as he begun to feel bored. He wanted to return to help fight for the city but here knew he had to recover, he took too much damage in the earlier battle and still has yet too fully recover his strength.

No, Radiant is a captain and Icarus ignored him saying to treat tyra first lol Because he's also very much the pony who will rather bleed out to make sure his allies aren't going to die before him.

Radiant looked at Tyra with a stern look on his face "I can see you gritting your teeth Tyra as well as your body language appears that you're ignoring ants in your fur. So just allow Icarus to look at you first, besides just because i'm from Canterlot doesn't mean I can't handle a little bit of pain." He said turning his head forward with a little smirk on his face. Outside he showed no sides of discomfort but he was suppressing the pain and agitation trying not to show it. He prefer his allies be helped before himself. "So Icarus assist Tyra before me, she could use it more then I." he insisted again.

Radiant sat down near Icarus to allow him to work on his burns. Being a magic user Radiant was a bit more resistant to the magical sting of the burns but he definitely felt its presence. Tyra just like Radiant helped herself in, once she saw Icarus she made a comment calling his look that of a warrior. 'hmm... Tyra thinks those wounds are from battle. No i've seen battle scars far too often, there are a few among all the scars but the majority are from something else. Perhaps a secret past, oh well that's business all that matters now is he is helping us protect innocent ponies.' He thought to himself as Tyra joined them. Radiant looked back at Icarus "Go ahead and treat Tyra first, she seems to be highly affected by the magical taint on her burns. I have no pain from the magic, I just merely feel its presence. As to the pain from the burns, it's minuscule so easily ignored" he insisted returning his view forward.

Radiant ate the rest of his ration and it sat heavily in his belly. As he sat on his bed roll he looked over the many burns on his body "I should have Icarus look at these, make sure they don't become septic" He said to himself standing up and leaving his tent. As he was outside he noticed the tent that had icarus' name on it was right beside him. He walked up to the tent letting himself in. "Icarus sorry to barge in on you but can you take a look at my burns, I just don't want them to become an issue." He said he saw icarus sit up and realized why he stayed hidden behind a mask and cloak. Radiant's expression didn't change when he saw Icarus, he had seen many injured ponies Before. "So what says you Icarus would you.mind assisting me?"

Radiant walked to the back.of the outpost finding a tent with sign on it that has his name on it. "Been a while since I've been in an outpost, definitely brings back memories.of one of my first voyages." He said to himself going inside his tent. Once inside he saw.there were base supplies already set out, such as water and trail rations. Radiant grabbed some water and rations with his magic and sat on his bed roll. He took a bite of the trail rations nearly spitting it out. He swallowed and chugged some of his water "wow I forgot how bad trail rations taste, guess I've been spoiled by canterlot.cooking." He said taking another bite of the ration.

Radiant sighed "I'm well aware of what was at stake, otherwise I wouldn't of cut down My share of dogs. I'm just saying more so that lives are not something that should be thrown away like this. The flame legion did this and they're at fault for all these dogs being corrupted and slaugtered." He said.looking into his cider. "It's unforgivable! On my honor as a captain of the guard, I will cut down the beast that is to blame for.these atrocities!" Radiant stomped his hooves in the snow "... or die trying." He said grimly before taking another sip of his cider. Radiant took another sip of his cider followed by another sigh "I will tell you of the weaknesses and different beast's we faced. If you want my.exploits you can ask Tyra. Otherwise sharing my exploits either way feels like.boasting." Radiant said as he begun filling in Tybalt about the dogs, the larger dog and then the huge monstrosity that explodes when it dies. "That's what I have to say, unless Tyra has any other details that I missed."

Radiant follows Tybalt south through the town with his mug of cider floating under his chin. He glances back at his saddle bad beginning to think on how he is running low on money having paid so much out the the tavern. As they are walking Tybalt asks for details regarding their exploits. Radiant glancing at him taking a sip of his cider. "I'm not a pony who boasts," he says looking back to the north looking back at the streets lined with corpses all the way up up to the gates. "Besides what is brag worthy about cutting down hundreds if not thousands of lives. Even if they were attacking us the dogs were being controlled."

Radiant stepped forward away from the door "we're fine, Just one second I need to.take care of something." Radiant said walking back into the Tavern and went up to the counter. Once at the counter he refilled his mug and left a note along with 40 bits on the counter to cover what they had helped themselves to. He went back outside rejoining the others.

Radiant looked at where had set his second mug, after Tyra took it. He had brought it out for himself, he looked forward again not really caring about the mug he is always happy to help an ally. "I like being unclothed, I feel unhindered. Although that's my preference, if it weren't for my armor spell I'd be wearing my guard armor probably." He said noticing that ponies were beginning to return to town now that the invasion was being pushed back.

Censorship! Her and Radiant are alone in the tavern both naked lol ...well radiant is actually outside in the cold

Radiant entered the tavern with Tyra following behind him. "I know how you feel not often I feel so exposed myself, having to stop using my armor to preserve my energy." He said walking up to the bar helping himself to more cider. Once he had two mugs he left the tavern again to stand outside the door to keep watch to make sure no dogs manage to get into town and attack them when they relax.
