  1. It doesn't bother me that much, I'm sincerely grateful you like her so, and I will keep her as is then. Her design originally has the plug coming out from the back of her head, and is capable of retracting when not in use. It still sticks out of her head, very much like a pony tail style. I'll just fix up her goggle then and keep her plug and plug outlet as is. Thank you for sharing your feedback, I bow my head to you. Thank you! I feel I must produce more variants of her to possibly see if I can produce a more alloy luminous look to it. She did indeed, other inspirations combined that where jumble together in my mind is what produced her. I think I might just sit on Multigear Joy, unless if I can find other words or ways to combine Mechanic Dreams effectly together. I thank you kindly for you suggested name and will see about implementing some way to make it feasible. Thank you again! Thank you! It took me forever in MS Paint, I made her to darn sophisticated Thank you! Thank you! I wanted something that was easy on the eyes, and gentle, so I select a jungle like green. After MS Paint, I took the the pic into paint tool sai, and blurred the eyes to give it a iridescent glow. As for the mane and tail, I kind of want to demonstrate a better way for her to change her colors, but having limited programs to use, I just settled on a mixing her light hair colors. Thank you so much! I will get to work asap on her other sketches and perhaps make more sketches too!
  2. Yay! This makes me very happy! Thank you! Really? I need to work on my angles me think, I've always been into making multiple facial expressions when I drew something anime, or mange styled, but it's quite different when I'm using another style, like the artists used for the MLP series. At first, I was bent on making my pony fan art like manga style, but I don't know, something compelled me to master MLP form first and then move on. So, I continue onward. On the sleeping rendition, I messed up on the goggles, so I have to fix that, not to mention, I think I might have to change where the plug outlet is, for some reason, I get the feeling her plug is popping out of her butt... What do you think? Lol Finally! A member makes a Jenny Wakeman reference! Yes, While Jenny was never one of my inspirations for this piece, for some reason within my mind, my brain kept pounding Jennys color scheme to be included in it's over all concept. Originally, characters like Kos-Mos, Multi, Miku Miku, along with other stereotypical robo anime characters including my IMVU avatar were very much the foundations for this character concept. While sleeping, my mind tossed all these characters into a Pony...and Boom! Also is should be noted I had other ideas of making robo versions of the mane 6, but scrapped the idea as other artists are currently pursuing this idea, so I abandoned it to avoid controversies.
  3. Thank you very much! I took great time in coloring her, because I couldn't focus on a good color scheme for her. but thank you kindly! I can't wait to finish coloring more of her sketches, I came across several design flaws and had to revamp them in color. I will endeavor to uphold your hope of seeing more then, I'm very grateful for your compliment! I came across some flaws on her, but I do plan on fixing her up in color as the sleeping rendition is next in line to get colored by community favor. As always, I'm very grateful and honored to see you like it. Thank you! This means very much to me! Thank you ever so kindly! I hope to better this talent by actually pursuing future course in art and digital art designing. Thank you! Updated pictures: Finished primary sketch with color, I also have other color scheme variants inbound. Had to revamp her Cutie mark as the original one I gave her was already similar to another fellow artist.
  4. Oh my, very illustriously appealing! Very well done!
  5. hehe, Finished with one of the colored pieces, now that I actually have a color palette for Multigear, I can actually start and finish the other pieces faster, I'll brb

  6. I've been off the art forums too long, been really busy, but when I heard about how amazing your art is, I had to come see for myself. Truly these are fascinating and fabulous! Very well done! It makes me think of a similar manga artist and his style used in another production. I love these! Your pegasister ~Dizzy

  8. I think because I suddenly feel detached...is because I relived a monstrous past just a moment ago...I feel ashamed of myself...I'll be off for now, if you need to get in contact with me, you can do so via skype.

  9. Suddenly...a little distressed...Dunno if what I said or did...I'm just feeling pretty detached...I'm really worried.

  10. This could actually open new roads to various plots, and new ideas. This is good! Good rendition!
  11. I did it because Capcom got the impression there wasn't as many fans here in America than there was in Japan. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png Namely their Monster Hunter franchise...because of poor advertising and marketing made here in America, it didn't relish the same amount of favoritism it did in Japan. There, it is a very successful, popular franchise...while here...only survivors of the first title Monster Hunter still linger, playing on from the distant lands that barely even understood the concept...Well not this hunter, me and a handful of survivors reached out to get our hands on the latest and will surely keep up, even if Capcom turned it's back on us with this particular series.
  12. I'm very sorry to have even mentioned that now. May we speak a moment via pm? Updates will be made shortly, sorry moderation staff for getting off subject and thanks to a guest member for notifying me/ keeping me up to date with other current threads.
  13. I wouldn't have been disappointed, and I don't think you'd be disappointed either, this is after all, a fresh breath you once took long ago on a beginning comic series, just the start of it all as you would say. I feel you have gotten better since then, and if you ultimately consider bringing it back, I have no worries it'll garner favor in a form that might even impress yourself. It's not like anyone here is pressuring you, but perhaps, explore where your newly improved skills can take this piece, and you don't have to even show it to us. We like you for what you've done thus far, and there is so many endless opportunities for this comic series. If it's something you're proud of, I think it'll be interesting. You must have realized it by now, whether or not I know for sure, you do have fans here that are interested in your sense of imagination. Even if it does flop in a bad way, I'm pretty sure your friends and fans wouldn't consider you any less for just trying. It doesn't sound like you have much to lose whether this piece be made or not. No pressure, and no worries, it's something that'll never leave your side. Either way, you have my sincerest support all the way.
  14. I bid thee welcome and enjoyed your rendition! I too was very much a minimalist when it came to producing art as I grew up. I do pray and hope you'll continue with your work and bring more radiance to our growing garden of beautiful art. Your pegasister ~Dizzy
  15. I say no matter what, it's something you should actively pursue if you truly want to bring it back and make a series. Often times, it takes a considerable amount of work before hand to gain the interest of the population. You shouldn't let the results of your first starting comic quickly determine whether or not a series should be made. I know you meant to start out with plot holes and a cliff hanger to draw questions and possible attention/interest. I say press forward with it, atleast a couple more pages before you decide to lay it aside. From reading it, I definitely felt a cold, suspenseful dark atmosphere from it. This is just all my opinion though, but I do feel that if it's something you truly like, why not wing a few more chapters for it?
  16. Both of you did an excellent job! I'm inspired by this act of workmanship you two shared. Now I must get to work and catch up!
  17. I have no tutorial, and I wouldn't know where to first start one either. Umm, I suppose I could describe how I go about my pony art, but I firmly believe each and everypony has a untapped unique sense of style in which they can produce their own special artwork. It's important to be original, it doesn't hurt to follow someponies hoof steps, but sometimes our own unique work can be more distinguishable than those we follow. There are so many others I envy, but I realized that there's something about my artwork that keeps them coming to me for advice, despite the fact that I personally think they're better than me. I do my best on my own and avoid copying some other ponies style. In the case if I do a rendition and some other pony has that very same concept, I'll simply go another route, and produce something else. Sometimes, great minds think alike. If you like, I can give you some ideas and thoughts, but like I said, I don't even know where to start a tutorial.
  18. Quite intriguing, I've been venturing at creating some sprites myself, but I'm not entirely sure how I should go through with it. Very nice work!
  19. Thank you ever so much! I never picked up learning a electric guitar, and I miss my bass guitar. I don't ever want you to hate me, please don't be mad at me. I've only seen one of your drawing and like it very much. I'm very grateful you have taken a liking to my art, however lightly you like them. I just want you to know that I appreciate you, your artwork as well as your support and interest! I don't know if I can stop! Lol I've always had an affinity for synthetic appeal, even though I value an all natural look over artificial, many just don't have that gift. Plus I love to innovate a whole new look to certain things without blowing it out of proportions. This OC and my Violet Spiral OC are my unique made ponies made thus far, as well as my pony villain Marionette, which btw is a work in progress still. I thank you kindly for your kind compliment! I Thank you! I'm surprised no pony made a Jenny Wakeman reference yet Lol! Alright, after pondering these last couple of minutes, a few names drifted into my mind, including a few suggestive names. Molly Chroma (Molly being it's original name with Chroma being greek for "Colour") Shock N. Awe (In relations to the final doctrine, displaying spectacular amount of force to overwhelm perception.) Rhythm Gear (Music related rhythm combined with every tool, gear and gadget made available) DJ Elle De "L.E.D" Joy (I thought it'd be unique) Mulitgear (Capacity to harness and utilize many gears together) Chrome Shock (In keeping of the original word Chromoly that popped into my head, and the fact she can dispel shock in multiple forms, be it emotions, feelings, electricity or sound, guess that works for Shock N. Awe too lol
  20. How did I not see this before!? Very spectacular!
  21. It looks like the flank portion, Pretty wicket color combo for your cutie mark as well as tail!
  22. Hey! I recognized this pose off one of those coloring books Hasbro came out with! That's a pretty good rendition!
