I am ^^ Even if you only have thirty minutes a day to study, that would suffice; because as long as you're learning something new, you're making progress. Ideally, though, 2 hours would be even better. Depending on how much you want to learn the language -- and how fast -- you might have to consider cutting into your time spent here in order to study.

but i cant cut my time here because my friends may get upset =(

I'm sure you can spare 1 or 2 hours to study out of the day. ^^ And besides, you're friends should (and will) be supportive of you aiming to achieve a goal. But if you absolutely don't want to take time from here, you can squeeze in the time elsewhere. Look carefully at what you do everyday and see if you can shave off time here and there to study.
