      no its defiantly spelt with a Z, I do have e reader books on Japanese cooking

      i think in recipes its spelled zushi because in japanese you pronounce it with a z when used with a adjitive so the recipe name spells it like that so (adjitive) zushi is the name of the sushi recipe
