      Sounds like a 9 year old I knew when I was in 3rd grade actually now that I think about it. Not even joking. She dated one of my friend's cousins despite being 9 and dumped him later because she thought he didn't look so "handsome" anymore and gossiped with me about it. Now I'm going to 8th grade and I still know her. And she stills acts like this.
