so I work for an alarm company, right, and we get crazies sometimes who only own a security system because they think Obama is trying to control their pets or something. So this lady calls in and complains that someone licked all the frosting off her cupcakes (I'm not joking) and disabled the system to do so. Rep tests all the sensors, theyre working fine, through 3 manager calls and a bunch of stuff because the lady WILL NOT ACCEPT that her system is working... until the rep finally asks...

ma'am... are your cupcakes muffins? The lady never had frosting because she never made cupcakes.
