As a musician I don't try to put labels on things because it limits what I can expose myself to. I also grew up listening to a wide catalog thanks to my mother and older brother. Then I worked at a music store chain for 5 or so years and acquired a taste for what ever tickles my ears. But my niche will always be hardcore and metal. And people always say "I hate that screamy stuff" or it all sounds the same. Which yeah metal is repetitive but that's why I like it! -

Welp I'm 29 years old, a weightlifter, a musician, die hard wrestling fan and a lover of death metal. So when I told my mom about it she thought I was kidding. Then after we had dinner together she accompanied me on my weekly action figure hunting trips and saw me buy a rainbow dash and she knew it was real haha. So it was just out of character for me but now she gets it like she does with everything else I do. My girl friend also knows and has even watched the episodes before we met and agreed that the stories are great. My friends know too. They will watch it with me. -

Hi all my name is Chad. My musician name is Optimus Chad. I've been a brony for about 6 months after a friend had me watch the Brony Doc. After I noticed how much the brony community had in common with people who collect action figures like myself I started to watch the show. Needless to say I'm hooked. I've been writing music for 4 years. I mostly write chiptune and dark electronic music. I've just recently started to apply my talents to the vast brony universe. So anywho thanks for having me and I look forward to posting!!

Hi all! I just started watching the show after a friend invited me to check out the documentary. I was feeling depressed and at times lonely because my girl friend had moved on. This show and new hobby does add some happiness to my life. My other hobbies include collection action figures, I'm a huge wrestling fan and I also make music under the name Optimus Chad.
