Currently I am in Sweden for a little time. There are lots of trees and rocks around.

If I go on a walk around the night or a quiet time I can meet small deer, rabbits and squirrels too.

Fluttershy would love it.

Yes. It is. I would say it my way of meditating.

Also good for the body. Starting the day with some exercise is refreshing in the long run.
