Even if I do that it'll still bring back bad memories and my mood is already unstable and its too much for me to handle. 

Hmm, I guess the memories could be pretty troublesome in that state of mind, huh? :/ Hmm... how long ago did these members do this to you, may I ask? Was it very recent, or is what happened so far gone it's just memories now? Because if it's recent, a break from the forums could, I guess, be an idea until you feel more comfortable and happy with being around here again; if what happened is just memories now though, perhaps making a Life Advice topic about it could be worthwhile? Someone might have some decent advice about how to overcome and change how the memories make you feel : o
