I think that it's because they feed off of negativity and that's what keeps them young or something along those lines.

Basically a combination of what almost everyone else has said so far.

 

Yes, I hate a great many things (most of them brought upon by ignorance, stupidity, and arrogance).

 

But I also love a great many things as well to counteract that hatred (family, friends, life, etc.).

 

Hating anything to do with someone's race, religion, or personality/appearance is just stupid.  If it's not affecting you or your friends and families lives then there is no point in hating it imo.

You know just because racists hate others doesn't mean that it's still not right to hate them. Hate is hate no mater the reason only time it's ok to hate someone is is they are a rapist/pedophile or someone that hurts others for fun/atention. And hating someone for being a racist is the same as hating someone for their personality.

First off I'm curious to know what everypony's opinion is on my mlp drawing.

Second what should her cutie mark be? What color/colors should the mane be and what color should the coat be? Oh yeah and what should her name be?

I doubt it. I'm sure much more kids watch it but bronies are just the loudest.

True it just seems like more bronies watch it because they are the ones everyone talks about. It's not "weird" for a 9 10 year old girl to like the show. I do know for sure that bronies are more into the show than little girls.

I honestly wouldn't care if there were more little girls that watch the show over bronies. But it is something interesting to check out.

It may seem like bronies dominate the audience because we're louder than the primary demographic, but I'm pretty sure most of the ratings come from children.

 

I don't have any actual statistics, though. I'd be interested in seeing them.

The thing with that study is I believe a lot of the really young people (which it's safe to assume is mostly female) aren't a part of that study. I think it's safe to say most of the viewers are female, so no, there are less bronies than girls who watch MLP.

First off I'm just curious and I'm not saying little girls shouldn't be allowed to watch mlp.

Second I know brony is a gender neutral term and I'm not saying anyone should feel "threatened". And besides people know that there are woman that like the show and I'm not saying that woman aren't/shouldn't watch the show or that I don't recognize them as fans.

Third it's way easier and simpler using one term for all of fans of mlp than multiple. And brony is what people know the fans of mlp are called. You tell someone your a pegasister they won't know what the hell you are talking about if they aren't a brony.

You know if Trey Parker and Matt Stone did make a brony parody with how South Park is they would make jokes that bronies are gay or pedophiles. And probably only one character would like the show (probably Butters since everyone considers him gay) and they will give him non stop crap about it.

And I'm not saying I don't like South Park I'm just saying that they aren't going to do anything about bronies.

The only thing I hate is that I don't have the money at the moment. Does anypony happen to know where I can buy posters too?

I was wondering where I could find good figurians and pushies to buy? My bother has a Twilight and Fluttershy pushie and they are sorta crappy I don't think they even stand. And all the figurians I've seen look kinda junkie so what I'm looking for is at a pushie that looks similar to the characters and will stand by themselves. If anyone has any imformation it will be greatly apperiated thank you. Oh yeah something without a brushable mane because I think I read those were the one that are really horrible.
