I think Pinkie Pie isn't all that childish at her core but has a very balanced and down to earth (lol puns) or practical mentality. One of her life's goals is to make other ponies smile. This is an easily attainable and highly valued goal she can easily feel accomplished in and be happy about. No need for fame or fortune, just making others happy makes herself happy. The reason I say she's not all that childish is because she has shown she has a great understanding of her responsibilities to others, both personally and as an element of harmony. The Cheese Sandwich episode and the comics show that she has a good understanding of comedy too. So though she may be silly and funny, it is with a profound understanding of both herself, others and the way she communicates. As for happiness, whenever I do introspection like this I always ask, "What is it that my happiness depends upon?" because once you find that, it may help you a great deal in overcoming whatever is bogging you down. Sometimes you may even find that your happiness depends on something that should have no bearing on it at all, and you can cut that part out of your life in that regard. There is some truth to what you said tho: being a kid in a healthy environment is pretty great ^^

@Jerry Your sound cloud sounds amazing. We've also been planning a game kinda thing and this kind of music sounds excellent for that as well. @Flyby4 I'll be looking forward to hearing examples of your work At the moment unfortunately, it's pretty much bed time as I've got plenty to do tomorrow. I'm definitely interested in seeing who'll all respond to this thread.

Looking for you, audio enthusiasts Our team consists of VA's, artists, programmers, writers, and all sorts of other talented and enthusiastic people. The one enthusiast we seem to be missing is someone who can help us edit and compile audio really well. Most of us can work with Audacity, but it's different from when someone is really into it and has a great time doing it. It's like how people know how to use paint or text processors. Knowing how to use the tools, does not mean you're able to make a great picture or write a great story. Knowing how to use audacity/etc simply doesn't equate to being able to produce quality audio. If you are someone who likes working with audio/voice work/music in a group on a to-do basis, you're very welcome to join us. If you aren't but maybe know someone who'd be interested, feel free to give them and/or us a heads up about this. About us In short, we're a very welcoming team of my little pony fans all around the world, striving to make great pony content. A lot of it is based off of fanfictions we've read over the past few years and they're pretty great. We have our own website with user profiles and portfolios based on what they've contributed, for all the world to see (if they so desire). It's something to show off to others and something our group shares around as well. We used to do live recordings and have over 700 stories in our archives. Over the past year we've switched to doing pre-recordings for higher quality which has worked fairly well for us. We now have higher quality audio in terms of voice, sfx and music. Feel free to read up on our profile/other pages.

Thanks! Yeah we do readings of our favourite stories. We have about 700 in our archives but those were all recorded live, so the quality is fairly low. We decided to step up our game and do pre-recorded and indeed, provide a full experience. Feel free to check them out on our homepage and/or archives. Also don't be nervous about your stories/writing. We've seen a great range of quality and I'm sure yours will be just fine ;-) Thanks for the welcome! I'm actually looking for people who really enjoy editing audio who'd like to contribute in pony projects but haven't found their place yet. Would you know where I can find people like that? Thanks! Hey everyone! How we got here I1 made an account on behalf of this group, The Living Library Player Society, at the request of a friend (a non-team member). We make a fair amount of pony content and he suggested we'd join your ranks here and see what's up. Who we are We're a small group of bronies and pegasisters working on pony content that's mostly related to fanfiction readings. All of our content, save for the base story itself, is our own, including cover art, music and sound effects2. We have a list of stories we want to cover.
