  1. @@Colenso Rivers,@@Watcher or Stalker?,@@crispy fries, A faint whirring could be heard from the hooded figure. Then suddenly, he fires, and the girl slumps. Krittius shouts, "Why'd you do that?" The figure turns up to Severance, and the figure's hood falls back, revealing an android's, "I remember you, all of you, my lord has to challenge you, roughen you up a little bit," the android laughs before looking at everybody, "and it's going according to plan. And I think the girl currently has forty-one minutes until she dies. So where's Damien? I miss him!"
  2. Something stepped into the room. A girl who was very frightened, and something else, which was hooded, held a gun to her back. "Stand down or I kill her. And trust me, I won't use this gun." The hooded creature said. "Where is Severance, Krittius, MacNair, and Damien. I want to see them now."
  3. Krittius looked as McNair returned, and then grimaced when he came alone. "Shit." Krittius said. He looked around and then put up his swords for a shotgun. "This is gonna be messy, but guess what, I'm gonna have to do the damn paperwork, so we fix this problem to minimize that stack." The line was nearly cut. Then the once metal garage door blasted inwards, filling the room with soot and dirt.
  4. The grinding intensified and then stopped. Krittius said to everybody in the room, "McNair, find Damien, Severance, can you find a weapon?" Then the grinding began again, this time a glowing hot orange line appeared, and while it was very slow, it was getting through.
  5. Having Internet issues, ugh... it sucks.

  6. Krittius eyed the parts, and then looked at the blades, "Well, what were they..." Krittius examined the blade fragments, and then noticed a particular blade edge piece, "It's a scythe." Krittius looked at Severance and then at McNair, "McNair, I think that once these are reforged, we're going on a trip. Damien will come too." Krittius then heard something, similar to grinding coming from the garage door.
  7. Krittius guessed that the contents of the case belonged to Severance, and that they had be destroyed. Krittius then thought for a moment. Then he stood up, unbuckled his scabbards and set the currently small blades before Severance. Krittius then said, "Peace," Krittius pointed at the swords, "Yours," Krittius then walked to the other side of the garage, where materials, and where Krittius stored his copies of his weapons in case they had become lost. He strapped the black scabbards on.

  9. Krittius saw the box, and eyed it. "Huh, wonder this is." Then Krittius quickly activated his sword's energy core, and then all the sword's pieces lept together, and the full blade hummed a little bit, but then Krittius deactivated the blade, and it shrank and then Krittius put the small blade into its scabbard and then Krittius clicked open the box.
  10. Krittius looked at the snake thing, and then at McNair, "Try synonyms for friend, that might work." Krittius said, "He seemed to recognize the word teacher, or at least a synonym for it." Krittius continued to clean the blade, before looking back at Damien.
  11. @@Watcher or Stalker?,@@crispy fries,@@Colenso Rivers, "Yo! Damien, McNair, meet... I don't know it's name. Just dropped off by a criminal, kinda like you, Damien." Krittius eyed Damien, before walking over the other side of the trading garage, where a large TV sat dormant, a couple of couches surrounded the television side, and surround sound speakers wear around the couches, in the center of it all laid a coffee table devoid of anything except for a couple boxes of a popular television show in its sixth season, and a couple video game controllers. Motioning for Damien and McNair to join him, Krittius sat down. "What's your angle Damien, I know McNair's, but yours, I'm not sure." Krittius turned on the television to a language channel, just in case the snake knew any of the words. Krittius then proceeded to clean one of his swords, first taking it apart, all the blade sections and springs and sliders, along with the power core. "Touch them, either of you, and I will throw your ass to the Snake guy, in which then I don't know what will happen to you."

  13. Krittius quickly run up the stairs and past the barracks, and to where the bed linens were stored. He pulled out some extra large sheets, and then returned to the trading garage, spreading the sheets over the two mattresses and a couple pillows on the couch. Then to the snake thing, he said, "This is your bed, sleeping area, capeesh?" Krittius said.
  14. "I see. Now that dumb*ss b*tch is into that kinda shit. We'll get them back" Krittius groaned, "Alrighty, follow me, I'll get you some things, the first one a dictionary, and second, get you set up." Krittius looked at the big snake-thing. Alrighty... Krittius looked about the spacious room. He then eyed a coup,e of mattresses and pulled them and a couch together. Then he shut the trading doors as to keep out any unwanted eyes.
  15. @@Colenso Rivers, "Yeah" Krittius unlocked the cage, and stepped back a little. "Yeah, I'll help you, what is it that you want?" Krittius felt like he was in a dangerous spot, not many outsiders, creatures from outside Undercity, found their way to the city. Then Krittius opened the cage door, and deactivated and sheathed his blade.
  16. What the creature said registered into Krittius's head. "Holy F*ck. Um..." Krittius stammered, then he said, "We don't have a leader... I am a teacher, does that work?" Krittius slowly moved around the cage, and found the latch. Eyeing it, Krittius waited for the creature's reply
  17. "Yeah! Well F*ck off, you dumb*ss!" Krittius yelled, before looking at the sheet covered cage. Krittius sighed, and before pulling the sheet, said to the cage. "Anybody there?" Krittius then pulled off the sheet, and deadpanned at the inhabitant of the cage, "Hello?"
  18. @@Colenso Rivers, Krittius heard a call coming from the communications room, and he ducked in to hear what it was about. "Dammit, it's that slaver bitch again. I swear." Krittius drew one of the swords from his back, stormed past the barracks, and down to the basement, where most trade with the MPA was made. The sword extended and widened into the size of a normal sword, but the ends of the blades hooked, giving the blade a slight scythe appearance. He arrived in the basement to see a box with a black sheet and the armed guards. "Listen, I told you that next time you came here I would cut you up, so what now?"
  19. Krittius heard the question about the job and Damien's comment as he headed into the monastery, "You started the job the moment you were recruited, we have bunks for you until your paycheck comes around, in then you can purchase an apartment if you wish. But you are starting as.... what's a good word for it... apprentices." Krittius thought a moment and then said as he continued down a side hall to the barracks, "We work in small teams, then you graduate from basic training and become solo "cops", what we call blackcoats. They can work cases and take down gangs as they please, the reason being more cases and gangs brought down, more pay." Krittius stood before the door of the barracks, "And eventually you can rank up to cleric, which is essentially can be a teacher in addition to being a blackcoat. I'll be right back, I'll grab some sheets and bed linens. Pick a bed." Krittius left the fox and human alone in the barracks.
  20. Skitch eyed the new arrival, before walking to the monastery. Silence filled the lawn of the MPA's base. "Alrighty then." Krittius said, looking at McNair and Damien. "Looks like history. I think that we are going to get you two set up in the bunks. Follow me. And I'll just remind you both, any fights, I'm armed always." Krittius threw his cigarette down to the ground, and stomped on it.
  21. "Because you're you." Skitch smiled. Then he eyed Krittius lighting another cigarette while he was talking to McNair. "C'mon, you didn't give me one? Really?" Krittius looked at him. "I'm not giving to them. You smoke like a demon from hell." Skitch sighed, "Fiiiine. Fuck you." Krittius then said, "Is your friend Damian punctual?"
  22. Skitch looked up at the human, quickly adjusting the metal jetwings on his back. Then he flew up and Skitch soon was a eye level with McNair, extending a small hand while hovering, "'Sup, I'm Skitch, and actually I am a cleric. I was allowed in because of the wings." Skitch gestured to his wings with his other paw. The small orange fox wore an olive drab t-shirt, tan cargo pants, and a red bandana around his neck. He also had an aviators cap.
  23. Krittius smiled, "You're gonna meet one of my friends, his name is Skitch. He's a pilot of sorts. He is a fox, that has metal wings. Why the hell he got them. I've got no idea. He said he wanted to meet the human in my recruits, he likes humans better than other foxes." Krittius stood out there and heard a sound, and suddenly Skitch was rolling in the ground. Only to immediately stand up and look up at McNair. "Holy shit. This guy, this guy is like the best guy ever!"
  24. @@crispy fries, Krittius breathed the smoke in, praying a silent prayer of thanks, then replied to McNair, "Huh, not bad, hope your criminal friend has the same ideas, because he's on the team." Krittius stood up, and exited his "office", which really was a table with a couple chairs, and stacks of paper. Krittius then said to McNair, "I like you, not often I see a redemption story. We'll prove ourselves worthy for you to join. Follow me." Krittius then walked out of the Monastery onto the front lawn, which was just dirt with some floodlights above. The bustling of Undercity's middle class could be heard thoughout the temple, but outside, somehow, it was peaceful. Eh, to at least Krittius.
