    I don't know how fans of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic can think Derpy Hooves and Dr. Hooves can think they are in love when the names they gave them say that they are related. From how they acted with each other in Episode 100/Season 5 Episode 9 "Slice Of Life" they must be brother and sister.

      Sweetie Belle and Rarity are related but don't have the same names. Same with Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle.

      However Mr. and Ms. Cake DO have the same name, so if anything... Doctor Whooves and Derpy Hooves are married!

      (Then again... It's Doctor Whooves, not Hooves.)
