@Dynamo Pad @Midnight madness @JCKane Merx got up and head to the front. He dampened his power, then he started playing an old folktale song from his town. Even though he wasn't singing, the melody flowed across the room and sparked with the magic of his heritance. Once he was done, all that was left was the sense of peace in the air. He bowed as he took off the dampener and went back to his seat. He knew that he could have lulled almost everypony to sleep, but he didn't want to. His mother worked hard to give sirens a good name, and he didn't want to ruin that for her.

@JCKane @Dynamo Pad Pollu grew a bit nervous with each new student, trying to figure out what to do. Then she jumped when she was called out. She stood up and heard Lil say, "It's alright, just let me take the reins for this I got a bit of an idea." Pollu sighed and said, "Fine, just don't cause trouble." As they switched, dark horns showed up on her forehead and black tears streamed down her face. She reached into her bag, grabbed a few small ingredients, and started mixing them into a powder form, then she blew off the top to make a moon show, then corked it quickly, before placing it in the bag. and the traces of Lil went away, leaving Pollu heading back to her seat. Merx watched the ponies with interest, if he could find one with the talent that might help him out, he can pay off his guitar sooner than he expected. Then Pollu did her thing and he stopped strumming all together at the sight. (I hope I did alright, never really played Lil before)

Pollu nodded and hurried over to a seat, she was amazed that Lil was quiet for once, and the last thing she needed was Lil to show her face Merx saw that the ponies were sitting done, he got up and walked to a seat as he dissipated the barrier

@JCKane Pollu jumped and said as she dug through her bag, "Yes ma'am, I have it in here somewhere." She dug through her bag and heard Lil say, "It's in the book on being stealthy, which is complete crap." Pollu silently thanked Lil and added as she pulled it out, "Here you go."

Pollu was thrown onto the steps of the stage and started walking up the stairs as she looked around the stage, then she heard a voice say, "Pollu, why don't you run away, we learned more on the run" Pollu shook her head and said, "No, there are somethings you aren't able to learn on the street, now, be quiet." Merx sat down in the back of the of the stage and started playing guitar while keeping a sound barrier around him. He enjoyed with guitar, but he doesn't want to get in trouble for putting somepony to sleep on his actual first day.

Rose nodded and said, "That's correct, Twilight is a commander. My father knew the princesses personally and I only met them once." She never met the king, so she didn't have an opinion on the subject. A scroll landed on her lap, making her jump and pulled the rapier out a bit, then she relax and smiled a bit at the symbol on it.

Rose nodded and said as she looked around at the others, "That might happen, or he's overthrown. It's something my dad always says, as time goes on, there will be another power will come." She couldn't shake a feeling that something is off about the whole situation. She discreetly gripped the hilt and the sheath, like she was getting ready for something to try to attack her.

Rose folded in her wing and as she did a small bow from the bench, "My name is Rose Beast, it's a pleasure to meet you, Lumious. I'm guessing you're new to this?" She closed her eyes and made the rapier's shadow pick itself up and lay across her lap. She didn't want to deal with her father's wrath

Rose folded the newspaper and placed it down on the bench as she stretched out her wings and hind legs. The knife that's concealed in her wing glinted in the sunlight and her rapier, thorn laid underneath the bench. She heard the rapid breathing and looked at the pegasus.

Rose was sitting down on the bench, while reading the newspaper. She had heard about the princesses from her father, and has a vague notion that she met them before, but he also says that power rises and falls and it's better to be on power's side until then. She looked up at the other would-be soldiers and rolled her eyes and went back to the paper. (I hope that's good)

I set it up that anyone can meet up with either Rose and Sorxir or Shadow

I'm guessing on a train to the camp, or where it takes place, is a good place to start

Rose and Sorxir got up and walked out of the cafeteria while chatting about their expectation on the school, even though they were opposites, but that might change before the end of the school years. They might become two sides of the same coin. Shadow nodded, then he turned on his heel and headed off towards the yard in the back of the school. When he arrived, He stopped and tapped his cane on the ground. The dark part of the cane detached and sunk into the ground while spreading into a circle around himself. He decided not to show his actual power, unless necessary or emergencies. He played around the shadow to calm down from his daughter disobeying him. Once he calmed down, he dropped the handle and it made itself a cane again. He picked it up and started walking back into the school.

I'm sorry that I haven't been able to post for a while and it might be one or two days before I can. I just haven't been feeling like myself and work hasn't been helping.

Okay, so what do you need for an application?

It's an interesting idea, but I think you're missing the idea of the rp for the characters, basically, you set up the background of the rp, but not for the rp. For example, are we soldiers helping them or against them?
