The problem with that is your body will get used to your same routine, so you will have to change it up every so often. Keep up the good work though!!

Do you ever eat Peanut Butter right out of the jar?
capricornfitness replied to SolidTwilight's topic in General Discussion
I've been trying to cut bread out of my diet as well and I am having this same problem... "what am I going to put peanut butter on this week?!?" Some days I will just eat it out of the jar, but here are some things I've been using as bread alternatives: -Carrots -Celery -Bacon -Apple Slices -
Why would you not care about yourself? Have you not found something that you enjoy and wouldn't mind doing several times a week to stay active? There are soo many options out there and support groups to keep you motivated!

If I have cereal, I usually cut up bananas or strawberries to put in. My other favorite is adding frozen blueberries. -

Chunky vs. Smooth Peanut Butter
capricornfitness replied to Crocoburger's topic in General Discussion
This was tough... I love crunchy/chunky peanut butter on bread, but smooth peanut butter on everything else... -
Most people on here are probably young and don't realize how important it is to change their eating lifestyle right now to prevent chronic disease that may catch up to them later from the unhealthy eating. This is the main reason I am reaching out for support now. I am not over weight and have never been, but I am thin and unhealthy due to eating whatever I want and working very hard to change that now!

It's going to take a little while to work sugar completely out of my diet...

You can probably just look up beginners yoga on youtube and start with a quick video and see how you like it!
-
Have you tried anything low impact like yoga or pilates?? If you are happy with how you feel from being active at work, that's all that counts!
-
What kind of work do you do for your job? Is it hurting your body or helping it? I do home workout videos, which they probably even have some on netflix! It doesn't have to cost a fortune to get healthy!
-
This month I'm doing a program called 21 Day Fix and I have been and will be posting my progress on Instagram. Hopefully I can inspire others while I learn to love working out.
-
I do workout videos alone.
-
I completely understand and do workout videos in the comfort of my home. Maybe resistance bands would help with your lack of space? I'm glad that there are plenty of people to come to for some support!! I'm about to start my second week and will need accountability to keep going!

How much/often do you exercise?
capricornfitness replied to SilverStarApple's topic in General Discussion
Usually...30 minutes per day about 3-5 times per week. -
Yeah, my first week I started with 5 lb weights and wasn't really sure when to move up.
