      Because it is when the leaves start to turn color, when the air begins to cool, the time seems to slow. That crispness in the air, the smell of the wind, the rain begins to fall. The sun feels so far away when the wind chills you to the bone, but that beam of light embraces your body and just fills you with warmth.

       

      That is why I love October. :)
