Stardust*

Besides her adorableness, I love that she's still such a blank slate of a character, which is probably why I was crazy enough to go about writing this huge crossover of her with my favorite superhero, Batman XD. Ridiculous in concept, yes, but I liked the challenge; crossovers have a bad reputation in fanfiction for good reason, but I set out to make it work in that setting. Mostly I wanted to give Derpy my own take on who she could be.

Certainly a lot of fun doing so, even if it's a slowgoing process. But hey, today's episode gave me a good reminder of why I do it; half the reason I keep writing is just to see it through to the end, because there's something to be said about seeing anything through to the end.

That is pretty awesome! Batman is not my first choice for superhero but I think I would like it so much better as Derpy/batman/pony. I would love to read it! I will have to go and find it, in the Poniverse Fimfiction group?
