      Hm, I checked the source file, and it says it's JPEG. I don't know if it does that to all of them or just this one.

      Pinkie looks fine, though the outline may be a little rough. It's all of the background though. Maybe accidental filter? I do that all the time.

      @CaptainBlue Nope. JPEG files are compressed into a smaller file size, thus forming artifacts, which are those little blurry dots you see. :)
