I'm not very well-versed when it comes to studies on the universe, so I don't know.
  3. Kiri isn't a pony (she's a Kirin, but still in the equine family!), but she is meant to be my 'sona. Therefore, her age matches mine, in that she is the equivalent of a young adult in her early twenties. ^^

I don't have enough knowledge on Imperial Japan to have an opinion. ^^

Its good, but not the best. I'd not call it a anime in personal standing but its not a "cartoon" in how its drawn in style also. Its kinda not like knowing what to call Avatar the last air bender....

I haven't o.o Aww, thanks. ^^ I don't know, I guess it just developed! I owe my parents for keeping me in line growing up I wouldn't go far at all, considering Equestria is just a fictional world. ^^
  9. Ohhh, I just had to stop by this thread! <3 I would LOVE to see the incorporation of Kirin into the show. I'm not referring to the offspring of a pony and a dragon, but to the original myth itself: The Kirin as its own independent species (with the physical features of the horse/unicorn, deer, and dragon), and an elusive creature that protects nature and aids good rulers in times of need. We already have deer in the comics and books, so it would be a neat addition to add in the White Stag, or Hart. It is characterized as a lone and very rare creature. It is often depicted as a guide or wish-granter, if one is so lucky to get close to it.
  10. My dog is starting to go grey and she's still young. Apparently, early greying in dogs is a thing, too!

Ah now I remember. Well, they dun lucked out I guess! No need to dye those roots at the Pup Salon. ;)

  11. Hmm...I didn't really get the sense that Twilight was jealous of Sunset Shimmer. At the time of the first EQG, Twilight was no longer Celestia's student, and was at the beginning of forging her own path as a princess. This already limited her interaction with Celestia as she started to become preoccupied with her duties as a princess, so I would doubt that she would feel threatened if Sunset resumed as Celestia's pupil. In fact, Twilight would probably be happy for her! Twilight was doing what she thought was best for the safety of Equestria, and for Sunset. In her position, I probably would have done the same thing, considering Sunset had lost control of the magic she acquired, turned into a power hungry demon, and threatened to launch an attack on Equestria! Despite Sunset's apology, she still needed to heal and become trustworthy again, and I bet Twilight assumed that the human world was a safer place to do so. Plus, Sunset never asked to return to Equestria during her apology. Twilight also seemed to see the Human 5 as a great friendship opportunity for Sunset! Running away from the damaged she caused in the human world and not working to fix it would not have been a good lesson for Sunset, anyway. ^^

I actually don't invest much of any time in studying horses nowadays. I used to spend hours at a time reading horse books as a kid, though! Neighbo, and yes Very cute bat wiggle :3 <3 Oh geez, a ton of people! First off, I admire my parents for their values and hard-working ways. I am so thankful for them. <3 I also admire my friends, both IRL and the ones I've met online, for their compassion, ambitions, creativity, and maturity to name a few. Of course, I have quite a few art senpais, whose work is beyond phenomenal. I hope to learn much from them! There are also just random people in general that I don't necessarily have a personal relationship with, but who I look up to and aspire to be like, because they seem to have it together and are working hard to reach all of their goals.

    staff A true, true friend

I am honestly not surprised at all. Path has all of the great qualities of a lea-deer, one of them being that he is very down to earth and level-headed. Congratulations!
  14. @GrimGrimoire A Quest of Heroes, which is part of The Sorcerer's Ring (by Morgan Rice). I'm only at the beginning, but so far it's basically been a tamer version of A Game of Thrones, but with more magic/fantasy elements. I recommend it to those who love adventure! On topic, I'm slightly drowsy.

@Trotter: I tend to like weather in the 60s-70s the best, it's just that where I am, it's in the 90s still x3 But cold weather can be lovely too, especially with hot cocoa and a fire in the fireplace! :P
