Marble licked her hoof, "yep, you got a deal" she finished before frowning, "should we run from you before you lose control?" she added backing away. She would rather not get eaten, she turned to the group "lets go quickly" she finished trotting away from the monster.

Marble had just started her third slice of melon when the Judge began talking, she continued to nibble after he had finished, the courtroom grew silent apart from her munching. *munch* *munch* *munch* *munch* When she finished the melon she put it to one side with the rest of them, she then again began to slice a fourth slice of melon. "The case is quite simple really, The defendant was found over the body of the deceased with the murder weapon in hoof" she finished before beginning to nibble on her fourth bit of melon. "The strangest part of the case is the Defence, who is rather new to the court proceedings" she remarked glancing at him smiling, "Since it's you're first day I will be nice, I will let you change you're defence from 'Not Guilty' to 'Guilty' and have the defendant be imprisoned for 20 years, rather than life." she said smirking at him. "Or I can present the autopsy report, Witness and have your honour who's looking fabulous as always bang his gavel and declare 'Guilty'" she finished looking at the Defence waiting for his response.

Marble pulled out a watermelon from under her bench and began cutting it into segments, she then popped a small piece in her mouth and began eating it. She glanced over at the defence "So, you that new defence guy right? When you lose, you want to go back to mommy?" she asked him smiling, she nibbled on another segment of watermelon. She just loved her fruit being a bat pony and all. (that text size though)

Marble looked at Wilhelm and snorted, great while we are talking lets just wake up and interrupt the damn spirit, she thought as he went on a mumbling rampage. She put a hoof to her face and groaned as he continued talking, oh please, lets just presume this creature killed the guard for the armour because it looks ugly. She waited for him to finally finish. She watched him finish with some sort of creepy smile, damn even I smile better than that, fangs and all. Why not just punch the thing in the face and scream 'hoofbump' she thought. She then looked at the spirit and smiled "one minute". She then dragged Wilhelm to the back, "yeah you stay here, and don't talk, be a tree or something" she told him before going back to the spirit. "sorry about that, so you want us to lift the shield that's keeping you here? Do you know where the shield is?" she asked the spirit, before glancing back at Wilhelm, if he did piss this thing off, hes going to be first on the buffet list.

(ZE PROSECUTOR IS HERE XD) Marble sat ontop of the prosecutor's bench. She wondered who she would be facing today. Not that it mattered, she would win flawlessly as ever. She hoped this trial would be interesting, it wouldn't matter though it would be over in several minutes, all she had to do was wait for the judge and saw the Defence walk in and eat a sandwich she smiled at him, her fangs glowing in the light. she couldn't wait to get her teeth into this stallion and tear his defence to shreds. (note: shall let everyone get seated and judge to bring the court to session then, I will present initial findings, nopony post the initial findings since its up to the prosecutor, which is me, to do the start) (sidenote: shall be off for around 9 hours after this post XD)

Marble studied the group as they approached, the smaller ones were all taking order from the larger tentacle pony, they were sniffing for something, Marble frowned maybe they were sniffing for Trivy. Her focus then went to the larger pony, since she didn't know anything of their culture she waited for its approach, noticing it was combat ready and seemed angry. She blinked as it talked slightly smiling, at least it didn't squash her. Since it didn't squash her this made her think of two reasons, either it wanted to know if she was a threat, or was simply curious. She decided to play it safe with this pony, rather than hope it had a conscience, which after squashing all the bushes she decided it didn't really have one. "who am I? why I am Marble, Marble the bat pony. Who is it that I am speaking too?" she asked it before adding "Were you the one that caused my party to gain access through the shield" she finished. She could have simply asked it hundreds of questions, though that would probably anger the thing,

Marble got closer towards the ponies before standing ontop of a rock to see them, she unfolded her wings just in case they were actually hostile. She then waited for their approach, if they were friendly then they could talk, if not then she would fly away as fast as she could.

Marble blinked "er, I can't see you" she said sniffing at the invisible Trivy, "but I can sure smell you" she added blinking. "lets go, we don't need anymore ponies to join us otherwise it wont be a scouting mission" she finished before trotting away towards the party of mutant ponies.

Marble smirked and closed her wings, "well, you going to start running or what? I can fly remember" she finished, "if anyone got any binoculars we can see what they do when they reach the bus" she finished. Marble then started galloping towards the shield away from the mutated ponies.

Marble frowned, "maybe I could scout ahead and see if they look friendly while you lot hide, and if they are not friendly then I can fly back and we run for it?" she snorted. "If these ponies are friendly and they see us running from them, then it would just make them hate us" she argued. She opened her wings, "you ponies used to think bat ponies were scary, maybe these ponies just look like this for some reason" she added.

"lets try talking to them, maybe they are friendly" she said before putting her saddlebag back on. "no point running when we don't have to" she added. She glanced at the group, "but what do you think about that, they don't look too dangerous just more, well mutated"

She glanced at Bramble before glancing back at the horde of ponies. She knew she felt something sinister about the city and she was right, they looked almost like zombies, with a massive one driving the 'horde'. Straight towards them, she quickly galloped over to Bramble and the others, "looks like we are being rescued" she said as she approached. "I'm not going near that shield, it can kill you instantly, you don't understand it" she said frowning, "how we going to take Wilhelm" she asked him frowning.

"Yes I was, whenever I lose something I retrace my steps which is remarkably helpful, you're memory is like a pair of keys, just lots of keys slotted together to make a puzzle, you've just misplaced the puzzle pieces" she informed her before stopping several meters away from the wall. "wait here i'm going to try something" she instructed. "now this thing is simply fascinating" Marble stated before slowly putting her hoof towards it, she stopped a meter away from the wall and withdrew her hoof. "hmmm, strange" she frowned before picking up a stone and tossing it at the wall. It instantly vaporised as it hit the wall. She smiled and glanced back at Trivy "good thing I didn't touch it" she remarked. Her eyes followed the beam of light before frowning, "it's in the middle of the city, the last place we should go" she sighed. her wings began buzzing again and she frowned, she picked up another stone, much larger and threw it at the wall causing that to disintegrate again. "this shield should have destroyed us all, yet it didn't, almost like something wants us here" she finished. "we shouldn't split up, lets get back to the others" she told Trivy giving her a curious look, she was still thinking, about something.

Marble didn't like this new Trivy, she just rolled her eyes. She decided not to make a smart comment about the old Trivy actually being nice, rather than acting like she just sat on a cactus. She began smirking at the thought of Trivy sitting on a cactus. "classic" she coughed under her breath. She then finished her melon in silence, she glanced at the shield and wondered if they should go investigate it, she looked over at Trivy and Lavender talking and decided against suggesting it. She left her bag on the ground and walked away from the group her figure disappearing into the shadow, she trotted towards the wall they had crashed though inside the bus, that was where the answers are.
