These are really adorable! Especially Applejack!

I got the game the day Early Access came out - the game is definitely still very rough around the edges, and not very newbie-friendly, but the developers say a proper tutorial is on the to-do list. Also, I had a weird thought earlier and figured I'd share it for discussion - looking at the backstories and personality, despite being a unicorn, does anyone else think that Oleander resembles Rainbow Dash, while Tianhuo has more in common with Twilight Sparkle?

Esperanto makes me sad. I would love to learn it, but... it's so rarely used, there'd be no point.

So, here's a question for those of you most familiar with the ins and outs of distribution - what venue, be it iTunes, Google Play, Netflix, DVD/Bluray or whatever I have missed, would be best to buy the movie from if I wanted to focus on getting the most of that money to the creators as opposed to the intermediaries?

Hehe, gotta have the smoke. Not bad, it's not super detailed, but your linework is pretty clean. -

I agree, but because it's so difficult and time-consuming there's so little of it. You can try to multiply by adding more people to the drawing mix, but then you need someone to coordinate the different drawing styles and make sure they all match from frame to frame and from scene to scene - there's a reason why traditional animation is as rare as hen's teeth nowadays, and economics, whether we're talking about time or money, is the main reason. -
Whoah, that's.... definitely some arts. Makes me wish I could learn to draw too.

Or the shortest one, if you're south of the Equator! {I... think?}

I kinda have to disagree here. As someone who grew up on a breadbox and was there to see the brief tracker renaissance before MP3s became ubiquitous, I have to say that a skilled {like any skill that comes from practice} musician can make some impressive melodies with very limited resources. I do agree that your composition needs to go further, tho - the melodies tend to be rather repetitive {though I like the Fashion Horse track}, so embellishing and building on the basic themes would probably be a good step forward.
