Paperwork error, this company has a habit of firing people for the littlest things, especally since they are in a tight financial place.

So they they look for any excuse to get rid of people that would exonerate them of any possible legal ramifications for firing while avoiding the severance pay they would owe with a lay off. I get it. These situations are becoming more common. It's disgusting, really.

Yeah, he is the second person in two weeks that has come back from vacation and then they fire them. It is particularly hard on us because he is the bread winner, so we will be in a bad spot if he doesn't find a job quick, my income will pay the car payment only
