    Hey, quick question for any computer savy ponys on the forums; In the future, if I bought a PC with Windows 8, could I somehow transfer all my data on my laptop, including my windows 7 onto the PC?

      I don't think transferring your condescending Trixies images will work or show up on Windows 8. It does not approve.

      You could pull your old computer's hard drive out and pop it into your new one. Everything will come across perfectly then.

       

      Alternatively, you can use a drive imaging program to create a perfect replica of your hard drive's data.

      Actually, Flare, the point is that I don't want to upgrade to Windows 8, it looks like an over glorified smart phone. However, odds are when I'll be looking for a new powerful desktop, it'll be on every desktop.

       

      So just switching the Hard Drives will do it? If that's it, then yay! That would be much easier then what I thought it would end up being! Thanks!
