Top Hat frowned. The mare knew her stuff. Jim instantly devoured the muffin and then nuzzled her mane, falling asleep. "That was too easy..." Top Hat murmured. He really was just jealous she won his pet over so easily.

Guess who's gonna travel with us!" Jim stared for a second, and then frowned at Sakari. "That's your cue." Top Hat whispered.

She couldn't understand if he was proud of that or not. "If it weren't for my friend Shining Armour, I'd probably be in jail. After that, I travelled a bit more and visited Canterlot the year later, as I was invited to a party ((Yes, I'm using your other RP as a backstory))." He looked away, not really sure how to put the next part. "I... I fell in love. But I couldn't stay, no matter how much she asked me, begged me. It wouldn't have been fair to all the other ponies I left. This was many years ago." He stared deep into her eyes, tearing up. "I'm guess what I'm asking is... If I... If I were to go... Would you come with me? Would you follow me?"

The Doctor stated at Ivy for a second, but quickly dismissed the thought. "Nah, it doesn't work like that... Although... Nah, not possible." It was obvious he was still considering the idea, until Peeps pulled out his hair and brought him back to reality. "OW!" He shouted. He listened to Peeps talk, and smiled. "Improvisation is a great weapon." He carefully observed her experiment, pointing out a flaw every now and then. "My dear, I don't just pick anypony for the revolution. You're all here for a reason." He stood next to her, grabbing some flasks and mixing some substances. "An immortal time traveler, who had all the time in the work to work out a plan that has to happen over a few hours." The various liquids mixed, creating all sorts of effects. "This plan required the very best, ponies who would easily be able to carry out every single part of my mechanism." He added together the final two substances, creating a light effect that looked strikingly like him. "I have influenced many things in this universe, Peeps. And most of them weren't by accident." He turned around, his shadow made of light copying his every movement. "There's a reason the universe fears me." The light disappeared, and he walked into the elevator. "Now come on. It's time to start the revolution." And he was gone.

Jim grumbled, and balanced the cake on his head, putting on a little show, before devouring it in one bite. He then settled on Ivy's head, meticulously planning how to get another piece.

And then Jim happened. The small parasprite charged into the room, flying around and trying to get near the cake, but was constantly cut off by Prince.

Aand the fact that the TARDIS is a consciousness applied directly in the time vortex, basically making it a fundamental law in the universe, so that if it were to die the whole of reality would go with it. Basically, of you want to make a TARDIS, you've got to make a second reality first, turn it into a living being and then use god-like intelligence to transplant that being into our reality, essentially making it THE space time continuum, trap THE space time continuum in a shell and crest a machine more powerful than reality so that you can control it. Yep, easy peasy.
