Same story here, Im a shy guy who hate people, or at least being ariund them for too long. When I started traveling, I lost the few friends I had and as I didn't speak other languages, I had no friends at all (and no internet). So not to be too lonely, I created an imaginary voice that was in me and who gave me advice how to act more "natural" around people.
