      I had tried to say my fiance wrote me a beautiful letter that made things better, and that the procedure is the first time I'll be put under anesthesia so I'm nervous about it, but after, later this week my mom is taking me for high tea and macaroons so ;; that's cool just right now really sucks

      I always end up hugely disappointed like every year something really bad happens on my birthday, always, I spent most of the day sobbing and I ended up relapsing :/

      My fiance made me feel better though..

      Things will be better after, I'm unable to eat anything because I have a medical procedure tomorrow which requires me to drink 3 liters of this stuff that tastes like ocean water yesterday and today, it causes really painful bloating and vomiting among other horrible things bu...
