      I think its more because certain networks here have bought the rights airing the show here others cant air it and they decide of course repeat the 2 and 3 season =/

      Ya, but why would you buy rights to material and then choose not to air it in a timely manner? That said, I know that in a lot of cases the distributors (networks, DVD publishers, etc) are bound by agreements with the primary content provider that they literally CAN'T air content until some fixed date well after the content airs in the source region.
