LOL, but if I had to narrow it down, Braeburn, Big Mac, Applejack, Fluttershy, Doctor Whooves, and Cranky and Matilda (technically not ponies, but whatevs).

For minor/BG ponies, the delivery pony from Rainbow Rocks (I'm like the only person who likes him, lol), the tree cutting pony from Princess Spike, and the pest pony from Bloom & Gloom.
