    There has been terrorist attack in Barcelona (driving over people) and my sister is on holiday with her boyfriend somewhere around there. =/

      Sadly, it seems to be the new norm - until we get barriers between road and pedestrian areas, we are going to see more of this.

      Vehicles are more lethal than guns and easier to obtain.

      I think the key is to remember it isn't the weapon that is the issue, but the sick monster abusing it - and while we don't have an answer for that, and there will always be a subset of the population just looking for an excuse to release their inner monster, it is more the organized hate groups that are the issue.
