      And yes, it is serious.
      house 1: Owner went to hospital many years ago and nobody lives there now (her kids own the house and visit there now and then).
      House 2: Owner was in a crash and now sits in a wheelchair, they moved to a another city. (we take care of their lawn)
      House 3: Owners live in another country, they visit the house now and then, but rarely.
      and lastly, House 4: the owner has just died. It's safe to assume that nobody will move in said house.
