Now, before anyone comes with "you're not X" comments, I don't mean next question in that way, I'm just curious.

So, the question...I see certain people having very popular ask threads, so my question is, what is the secret? Am I just too transparent or uninteresting that nobody needs to know anything about me? And don't get this wrong, I don't really care if my thread gets questions or not, I'm just curious what's the difference between me and many others.

  That's pretty incredible... I guess it was the novelty of the idea, and then people just lost interest really fast – I was surprised to see it blow up like that, and then it just stopped. Though to be honest, I think 90% of the replies were from me and one other person.
