      Hmm.. if it feels tight it's most likely your chest muscles tensing too tightly..

      But that can be caused by a number of different things..

      See a doctor and they'll diagnose you.. meanwhile make sure you have

      plenty of water and lay in a comfortable position.. Perhaps relaxing

      with plenty of fluids will allow the pain to pass..
